Terrible... Breakfast is the most important meal of the day... That being said, let's get on with the blast. 30 bucks for Ham and Eggs for 2 with coffee, I can live with that if the meal can be actually be eaten without the ham being VERY SALTY as if the pig was on a strict diet of sodium nitrates and the homefries being boiled in some type of concoction to a mash then slapped on a grill to be burned viciously, the Italian toast was a grinder bun split in half and pressed on the grill was a disappointment as well, the coffee so bitter no amount of sugar could tame it... I will say the eggs were fresh and the water was perfectly Iced... As to the service, the waitress slapped our silverware and napkins in the middle of the table so we could get a grasp on how to wait on a customer while throwing off the "This is so bothersome vibe"... The receipt actually has 3 gratuity percentages of 18, 20, and 22 printed on it for "your convenience" of the Subtotal of the meal, as if the service and quality of the establishment is standardized as excellent at all times. It wasn't always like this, I have been here in the past more than once and even waited on by the same person some 15 years ago. A waitress should IMMEDIATELY know something is wrong when a meal is practically untouched. Things have changed for the worse here and I will NOT be going back nor recommending Bellingham Palace to anyone in need of a decent meal and service... This"Palace" has been downgraded to "Bellingham Tent" in my book and is in dire need of new kitchen practices as well as new "attentive, more pleasant" wait help and a menu that won't hurt your wallet when you see how much they charge for 1 egg. "Let's just say you could buy MORE than a dozen eggs for what they charge for 1"... As to the menu, EVERYTHING IS OVERPRICED. Time for...
Read moreWent here today with my wife and daughter. And just like the other two times that I went here I'm not happy with it.
Food was very bland, wait time was outrageous and it took forever just to get us a menu. So you can imagine we were sitting for quite some time before we even were able to look over their options. To make matters worse my two-year-old daughter spilled some apple juice and the only assistance we got was from another customer.
Yes we cleaned off the table but the floor under us was soaked and remained that way until we finally got our food ate little and left.
Waitress was not personable, hardly did her job and not once did she come by to ask us if the food was okay, if we needed more coffee or help.
The pile of used napkins that we used to clean up the table remained there until we were almost done eating.
Lastly after what felt like 15 minutes of waiting around just so we could ask for Boxes, the waitress arrived with one box yet we had three people.
Her attention was so far away from us that we had to practically yell to get her attention and she was only 4 ft away from us.
I leave honest reviews based Business services and how you treat your customers.
This is my third time going to this place in the past 13 years and I would not recommend. Poor service, ...
Read moreCame to visit from out of town for Mother's Day weekend. I've been coming here for so many years since the food is great. No wait list available. Meanwhile the place had two separate entrances and had customers waiting on both different ends. As stated by waitress, "Natalie" who stated, "First come first served and can you can seat yourself". However, this wasn't the cased. After waiting for twenty minutes and we had seated ourselves and Natalie came to us and told us the table was for someone else and we had to get up and leave. So it's clear that it isn't first come first served and you shouldn't seat yourself. My recommendation once again is for the establishment to have a wait list for their customers, especially during a busy events so this can avoid future conflicts with customers. After this incident, I will not go there again. We ended up going to Denny's (not to far from there) customer service was excellent. They're nice and accommodating to their customers and most importantly...
