Greektown — Restaurant in Bellingham

Greek Town has come a long way since I first tried them in 2020.

Moving from a cart to a food truck, they exponentially shortened wait times and overall experience. Especially since they’ve found a permanent spot at Kulshan.

Eyyy, I'm shocked to see this place not have more reviews! Eleni is such a sunshine! I love their gyros as they remind me exactly what we had in Kavala, Greece. French fries with feta on top? Truly authentic to the Balkans! Even other Greek restaurants don't offer this which is a shame. But this place got it right 👍🏼👍🏼

Let me tell you.... If your feeling a gyro this is your spot! Food was AMAZING, it is a food truck but they have AMPLE outdoor seating in the sun or covered. The atmosphere was pleasant and chill.
