Had to correct my order 3 times, the third time being at the payment window. The girl at the window had the person next to her read the order back to me and make the adjustments that needed to be made (I didn't order anything crazy, literally just a meal and a 10pc nugget, no additions no subtractions...). Girl took my card and handed it back to me. Didn't say anything to me. I said thank you and pulled up to the next window. Girl there hands me my drink, asks me to pull up to number 1. "ok, no big deal, sometimes they have to catch up" so I pull forward. A girl comes out and tells me I didn't pay. I told her no one told me my card declined, and she looks back inside and says something like 'just a moment' and heads inside. Not five seconds later, a manager (I didn't catch her name, but her nametag said manager) came out to tell me I didn't pay and my order had been cancelled. I tell her the same thing I told the first girl; no one told me my card had declined. Before I can even try to give her another card she headed back inside, didn't even tell me what she was doing. I waited a few minutes, and didn't see anyone coming back out so I left.
I work customer service myself. This isn't hard, guys, seriously just tell people things. That's three points of failure in one order. It's a whole store issue. Get...
Read moreIt's McDonalds And if you are one of the few people that has never experienced McDonald's well let me tell you, it isn't fine dining. You're going to get all your food rather quickly even if it is a slower maintained McDonald's. The burgers are blah and the fries are too salty usually, the chicken nuggets are okay especially if you put them in dipping sauce. The fried chicken sandwiches aren't that bad they are usually pretty juicy and fried. But overall it really is a McDonald's and what you will get at McDonald's is for the most part consistency. Your hamburger is going to taste the same at McDonald's in East nowhere to West everywhere. That's the product they are going for and they definitely got it. The differences are you are going to get employees that don't care so your food will be cold or your order will be wrong or they will forget your order etc. Some employees care a lot and your order will be hot and perfect and you will get that good old McDonald's taste. Overall there's about a hundred places I would personally rather go but I really have to say for kids this is...
Read moreTo whom ever this may concern, I do not usually take the time to write reviews but i have decided to write this time. I had stopped into the McDonald's in the Bellingham, ma. Hartford ave. location with my grandson. We had been out doing errands and it was starting to get late so I decided to stop in and get us something to eat, it was somewhere around 8 pm. 10/26/17, We walked in and i could see the staff was very busy and under staffed with customers at the drive up and at counter. The manager, which I believe his name was Mikon. Was super busy going to counter and drive thru. handling customers and staff. I am writing this to let whom ever is in charge of this McDonald's location know they should commend Mikon for doing an OUTSTANDING job for the way he handled the obviously very stressful stituation dealing with the customers and staff in a very professional manner. I give him very high praise and your organization is lucky to have an employee of his professional patients and aptitude. He is someone that can only make your organization, or any organization go further...
