I love this UNOs restaurant. Honestly, if all UNOs would model this particular store, they would all be in business.
The service was fantastic and their pick up process was even better. We ordered and paid through their online system and it was a breeze. Very efficient. As we are parked in the curbside pick up, our pizza was out almost instantly and on time (we checked in through their online process). The person giving us the pizza was friendly, jovial and practicing safe social distancing(if this is important to you).
The pizza itself (we got the Numero Uno) is delicious. It’s a little pricey but you’re paying for quality and quantity. The veggies were fresh and the meat was plentiful lol. I am so very happy with this place. *Also they’re having a deal (not sure how long it will last), where you order one pizza and get a second pizza for $6.00! We were told this as we were picking up and opted for it then lol. I’m not sure of the details, but that seems like an awesome deal to me!! Call and ask for more info!! (This is not an ad. I just really like and appreciate how this restaurant is doing business).
Great job and kudos to this store!! Keep up the great service and wonderful pizza!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS...

So I t’s just not worth it anymore. This will be the last time we order from here. This is a pattern that continues to get worse. Quality control is getting worse. Price goes up portions get smaller.
I’ve been a patron of UNOs for many years. Over the years I’ve enjoyed my food and posted as such sometimes. This evening however, we ordered takeout.
3 orders of pizza skins 1 small pizza and 2 burgers.
All 3 pizza skin orders ($15ea) had basically no mashed potato and just a giant glob of cheese trying hide the fact there was basically no mashed potato on the meal that is mash potato on a small deep dish crust. The items that normally are served with this dish were not included at all. So we paid a newish higher price for 1/3 of the food and product we used to get.
I’m guessing this is at the direction of the head office. Smaller portion, higher price to maintain the shareholder price point. Unfortunately this plan is a poor idea as this will drive customers away as you are screwing the...
Read moreVisited this establishment for the first time in a long time last night. Received my check and noticed a fee for using my credit card!!! I don’t typically frequent chain restaurants because I prefer to support small businesses and this drove home the reasons why I don’t like large chains. GREED! I’m appalled that a large corporation like UNO’s is now charging a credit card fee! I will never eat here again and I will posting about this nonsense on every social media platform since you didn’t bother to inform me of the fee. I didn’t have enough cash on hand to cover the meal and leave the server a decent tip so I had no choice but to pay the fee. I’m not going to punish the server. Also, I’m pretty sure charging credit card fees is illegal in Massachusetts, but I’m sure there’s some loophole for the greedy. (P.S. the fee is higher than the % of cash back I would earn from the cc company so I literally had to pay extra to...
