Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Belmont

Last night I ordered a pizza the guy on the phone was rude & was rushing me to make my order I get there to pick up my pizza and I'm watching the guy that took my order handle money at the cash register & walk over to prepare food without washing his hands or put gloves on (disgusting) He was the ONLY person there preparing food going right from the register to the food. He swiped my card & handed me my pizza at this point I didn't want to make a riff cause it was close to closing & I was tired. I threw my pizza away and contacted Dominos in the morning to get a refund for how unsanitary this employee was. Low & behold it's the same guy from last night he starts yelling he's not gonna refund me anything manager is here tomorrow. I will be contacting the health department in Belmont & the better better business bureau. order number...

I have ordered this feta and spinach pizza from different Domino’s branches many times, because my son really likes it. Tonight we ordered it from the Belmont Domino’s store and received a half burnt pizza. Worse than the pizza was the rude responses of the person who claimed to be the store owner when we called to complain. Without even giving us an email address to send him a photo of the pizza, he argued with us that his pizza was totally fine and we did not know how a thin crust pizza should be. Just look at the burned dough on one side and the black vegetables on top. Again, worse than pizza was the extremely rude responses of the guy...

I haven't ordered from Domino's in awhile, but something happened there since then. For one thing, the prices went up; they're more expensive than the Italian restaurant in town. The delivery was 10 minutes late (forgiveable if that was an isolated complaint). The top of the pizza box was smashed in - I'm guessing heavy stuff was sitting on top of the box - so that when I opened it, the tops of 3 slices stuck to the lid, an inedible mess. But the worst of all was the underdone crust: scorched on the outside and cold and doughy inside - disgusting. I'm done...
