Horrible service last night called in a pick up order told me over hour wait said ok so waited over a hour went to get my food had a hard time getting someone attention finally asked 3 people about my order no one ever came back after waiting a half hour ask the 4th person about my order she then got my order that was sitting there in the window the whole time I was in the bar waiting for it then expected me to pay for it sorry not happening not buying food that's been sitting for that long no apologies nothing disorganized worst service I've ever experienced won't ever go back again need to treat people better after all we pay your wages sad

Have been there for dinner 6xs on Friday today was the worst took 45 minutes to get our soup had to get our dinner to go after an hour wait( with 21 people in the bar and not everyone was ordering food) walleye was rubbery and our algratin potatoes were hash browns with cheese melted on top the only reason it got 2 stars was cuz the bartender was awesome will never go back again until that cook is replaced saw numerous items hit the floor and put back on the prep table without...

I like this place. It's generally quiet, with the occasional outburst, lol! The food is really good for a bar, but the servers are just too focused on their tips collection, to the point that you have to raise your hand to get "refreshed" and that's about the time I leave.

I'm frequenting an establishment to be *refreshed", It's not my job to please the servers, it's theirs to please ME!!

This place DEFINITELY needs to instruct the employees what "service industry"...
