Wendy's — Restaurant in Belpre

Service was absolutely horrible!!! I went there last night and spent over $50 for me and my family. While I was waiting they are complaining right in front of me for having to make a big order because they also had door dash orders. The young man afterwards that took our order then walks up and ask if I am here for the door dash order and I had to say no I am here for the other order you were talking about. They then take off and hide around the corner so they couldn't see me and the manager had to yell at them. Then they give me my order and he messed up the sandwiches I would assume with the door dash order and had to wait another for them to recook the meat to remake the sandwiches again. My fries and my sandwich at this point was cold and I asked like 10 times for sauce and couldn't even get that. Then when I went to leave my kids wanted a frosty and he again had an attitude and gave me a small when I paid for a large and had to yell to the back just for him to come up and fix my order. This was absolutely the worse experience I have ever had at any...

Upon ordering we stated we had a reward for free chicken nuggets and when we got to the window to pay we forgot to scan our reward. We get to the window to get our food and tell them we forgot to scan our reward so the manager gives us a refund on the chicken nuggets and takes them out of our bag, doesn’t tell us, which was for our baby who now doesn’t have any food and we have to go somewhere else to buy him a separate meal because of this managers rude behavior. Rightfully those were MY chicken nuggets due to them being a reward. She wouldn’t listen to the fact that all she had to do was scan the reward and give us the nuggets but she refused and was rude instead. The manager with dark hair and a septum piercing was the manager on duty and seems to be apart of all these bad reviews so hopefully that location deals with that before she ruins the locations...

Always have really bad experiences at this Wendy's. I have gone here multiple times trying to give it a shot but might as well go to Parkersburg Wendy's instead. The service from their employees is horridness, the food is ushaly cold by the time you get it for dine in. Drive thru your order is ushaly wrong. I understand a mistake here and there but I've givens this place alot of chances and even the one manager I talked to thought of my concerns as a joke. This place definitely needs a re start. Let me also mention the employee in the back with long hair hanging down waring a tank top and shorts.... O but she was waring non slip shoes which was their main concern.... But making my food and multiple other...
