As a delivery person I go to restaurants all day. As a delivery driver that has gone across multiple states and done it for years, I have literally gone to thousands of restaurants. Very rarely do I have one that stands out in terms of rudeness, and it would be this place. The shift supervisors are insanely rude. I had a delivery that got stolen, and I had the unfortunate displeasure of having one of the shift supervisors, a black guy who looked like he hasn't had a bath in months, assist me. The dude blankly looked at me and said we don't have it. I asked why and he, in an effort to look as rude as possible, said someone took it. I asked if they checked in with them or if they have any safeguard to prevent this to which he repeated that they don't have it. I asked to speak to someone else and an equally blank staring white woman shift supervisor came over to say the exact same things as rudely as possible. Not only did she disregard my complaint about the other supervisor, she also made no effort whatsoever to help me figure out why the order was missing. I could see multiple gravies behind them as it was cleared the order was just never bagged up. I drove 12 miles for this delivery, and had to drive 12 mi back and was paid virtually nothing because of this. Both of them look like their brain cells were capable of the most basic forms of thought, but even with that considered it was obvious they were just trying to be as rude as possible. Obviously they are operating in an area with extreme poverty. Most restaurants in those situations do not just set the orders out for anyone to take. I am sure that is something that has never occurred to either of these individuals as they were both very lucky this morning to get their pants on and each shoe on the correct foot. If any franchise owner cares enough, this whole situation took place around 11:20 am on 4/13/25. I have a giant red bag and you can review...
Read moreDon't bother doing any online orders; these people are incompetent. Even when shown an online receipt with a time stamp to pick up and they tell you the order is in their system, they will refuse to make the order. They told me they did not know how the online orders worked. They then told me they were waiting for someone to tell them to start the order. After I went unto the restaurant, apprently some magic button is on their website that to tell them to start and order and what time to pick it up but then told me he never been the to website and didn't know how it worked or where or what this button looked like. Only button we seen was a cancel button. These people need to be trained if your going to offer these services.
Every other place you give the name or a number then they make it on THEIR end and hand it to you. Nice and easy thing to do but apprently not this place.
We canceled the order and even got a statment the order should had been prepared and if we wanted to still cancel it; the order was not prepared becouse they refused to make 2 gravy and a sausage biscuit even after I went in with the time to pick up on the online receipt. At least I am not out of money but that was a waste of...
Read moreWe used drive thru but the service and the food were delicious. I am a huge fan of chicken wraps and had the ranch ones for the first time and I will be eating those again and again. McDonald's nor Burger King have even the slightest idea of what a real chicken wrap should smell, look, and taste like but Hardee's nailed all 3 with theirs. I didn't expect a full chicken strip in one wrap and I definitely wasn't expecting it to be real chicken. As usual the frisco burger was loved by my husband and our daughter loves her children strip combo! I will never eat chicken wraps anywhere else again. Thanks so much Hardee's for setting the perfect example of what we want when we say chicken wraps!!! Service was great too. Thanks for the friendliness and for the patience while we made...
