Cafe on Wheels' - $17 Primal Protein Delight

At first glance, the $17 price tag on Care in Wheels' Primal Protein dish gave me pause. However, curiosity got the better of me, and I decided to give it a try. The description promised hand cut potato fries topped with Ellsworth white Cheddar cheese curds, smothered in homemade brown gravy, loaded with smoked beef brisket, and drizzled with barbecue sauce. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint.

The portion was generous, easily satisfying two people. My only minor gripe was that I wished there were more fries, but really, who says that? My husband, on the other hand, appreciated the abundance of meat and cheese. Let me tell you it is enough! As for the taste, it was divine.
