This place was ridiculous. Order something in the menu took two bites and it was way too HOT. sent it back to get tacos and they charged us for both the one that got sent back and the new meal. Absolutely horrible customer service..

To the owner and your response. No, I don't understand where you are coming from. The reason for that is thus one bad experience over $15.00 had now taken hundreds of dollars away from you. As someone who works as a customer service supervisor I don't understand where you are coming from. You have taken two people who work hard for their money and enjoy going out as a way to treat ourselves away from your business.

We would love to say this is a great place and will be back time and time again. However, the $15.00 that you stole since you took the food back and threw it away rather than telling us we could either keep it bc we would still be charged was thrown in the trash. So stand by your no returns policy and rob yourselves of returning customers.

We had a party of 5, everyones food was ok but my shrimp cocktail was lousy, tasteless and with the smallest shrimp they could find. I tried making it better by adding Valentina sauce to it, salt, lime but nothing seemed to make it edible, I returned it, didn't want anything else. I lost my appetite plus I don't trust the kitchen at this point. We ordered through grub hub and the food arrived warm. Honestly they try to hide the fact the food is no good by making it spicy.

We order 2 tacos (beef and marinated pork), they were good. Had basically half an onion on both, luckily I like onion.

We also ordered mixed steak and chicken fajitas. The first sign they wouldn't be good is that there was steak stuck into the corn tortillas that were wrapped separately. There was barely any meat. Mostly onions and peppers and also so freaking hot you can barely get through a tortilla filled of this stuff. It burns all the way down. And not the good kind of burn.

The chips and green salsa was fine. The chips were good but not fresh. The green salsa was the type of salsa most places serve as a hot sauce. It was liquid.
