Paisano's Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Benbrook

Okay people listen up! I have been to Italy I have had real authentic Italian food. This little hole in the wall about 20 minutes outside of Fort Worth in a small town may seem uninviting at first. As a matter of fact I kind of wondered if they were open at all. But as I parked in the parking lot I was craving Italian food and I noticed that they had open sign that was lit. really didn't know what to expect when I walked in the door but I saw an array of pizzas up underneath of area where they were obviously prepping them for sale. Not in the mood for pizza but rather wanting Italian food I decided that I would just do something wacky and different. They had a special with the cheese tortellini alfredo where you get a bowl of pasta fagioli soup some nice Italian bread and a drink. So I decided upon that and I also added some mozzarella sticks. Man oh man! never in my wildest dreams that I believe that I was going to have quite possibly the best Alfredo sauce I have ever put in my mouth! I was so pleasantly surprised I continue to harass the staff about how good this was and they just continue to look at me like yes we know. I told him that I was going to put a good review on Google and he said thank you. I got thinking about what I just said and I looked at him and I said not that you need a good review or anyting because your food absolutely speaks for itself. He gently smile I grabbed my belongings and my leftovers and left. The soup was as authentic as any I've ever had. I could have sat there and just made a feast with the bread and just the broth from the soup. Everything comes out piping hot so be careful not to try to goblet down you will burn your mouth but that's just the way I like it. Food kept at the appropriate temperatures. As for the seasoning, it was exactly perfect as it should be. This place was very unassuming at first but I'm so glad that I opened their door and walked in.it literally took me back to my last trip to Italy :-) very delicious! Do yourself this favor and don't look any further for Italian food in the area but here. Wide variety menu

We placed an order for delivery on the Paisano's website this evening (the restaurant uses Slice who contracts with DoorDash), and when DoorDash dropped the food at our door, we looked out and saw a Sonic bag and a melted milkshake sitting on the porch. I waved down the delivery driver and told him it wasn’t our order. He said “his app must have glitched” and told me to call the restaurant for a refund.

I called Paisano’s and was immediately connected to a manager. She said she would call Slice and call me right back. DoorDash then called me and told me sorry for the mistake…they would refund my money but I would need to call the restaurant back if I wanted to reorder.

In the meantime, Paisano’s was already calling me back. The owner’s daughter told me that they were remaking our food and that she would personally deliver it herself in 20 minutes. I said she really didn’t need to do that, and she insisted that she didn’t want us to be without our food and she didn’t want us to have to wait any longer.

Sure enough, 20 minutes later, she arrived with our original order, PLUS two complimentary desserts, and she wouldn’t take my money to pay for the food or a tip. She said that the DoorDash driver had indeed picked up our order from the restaurant earlier, but since drivers are allowed to make multiple deliveries at a time, he must have given our Italian food to another house and dropped their Sonic off to us…

At any rate, Paisano’s went out of their way to correct an error that was in no way their fault. We have enjoyed Paisano's for several years now for their delicious food, generous portions, extensive menu, and reasonable prices, but now we're adding above-and-beyond customer service...

UPDATE NUMBER TWO😂: YALL THIS PLACE IS UNLIKE ANY PLACE IN THE AREA. WHEN I SAID FAMILY I MEANT FAMILY. ITS NOT OLY RAN BY FAMILY BUT TREATS YOU LIKE FAMILY. WE ORDERED DELIVERY AND THE DRIVER TOOK OFF WITH THE FOOD NOT KNOWING WE WERE VERY REGULAR SO THEY NOT ONLY LOOKED UP OUR OLD ORDERS BECAUSE THEY REMEMBERED US BUT THEN WENT TO BAT FOR US AND CALLED THE DELIVERY SERVICE THEMSELVES YELLED AT THEM FOR US BECAUSE THEY TRIED TO SAY THE ADDRESS WAS WRONG BUT THE ADDRESS WAS THE SAME AS ITS ALWAYS BEEN AND THEY EVEN KNEW THAT 🥰🥰 All before we even knew this was happening 😂😂🥰🥰 not only THAT THE OWNERS SON HAND DELIVERED IT TO US AND THAT IS SO MUCH MORE THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THAT IS FAMILY. YALL MADE OUR DAY AND SUCH A SMALL PROBLEM BUT SUCH A HUGE IMPACT THEY MADE BY MAKING THE EFFORTS THEY DID. THIS PLACE IS HANDS-DOWN THE BEST RESTAURANT WE HAVE EVER EATEN AT , since my first review I left BEFORE I even had the food if that doesn’t tell you how amazing this FAMILY and restaurant is., then had the food and it literally made me dance in my chair!! Now here I am again because for the third time in a few months span I am BLOWN AWAY from the environment you feel , the DELICIOUS food and BADASS FAMILY THAT OWNS IT. WE LOVE YALL ❤️❤️❤️❤️

First time here , right off the bat I felt a family environment and GREAT FOOD. This is our new “spot” sweet service and tasty food , Short wait but quality was 100% there. Thank you for the nice Saturday night date...
