CHECK YOUR ORDER AT THE DRIVE UP! So this is the 2nd time this has happened and it's the same person taking orders in the drive up--she does not understand what you are saying, you have to repeat everything and then it gets totally screwed up anyway. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with an extra sausage patty on the side for my dog. We have ordered this before with no issues but have had others taking the order. This one girl cannot understand. Before leaving I asked her if she had remembered the extra patty because I saw that there were 2 sandwiches in the bag--after repeating what I said again, she said no and gave me a patty in a container. So now I had 2 sandwiches and an extra patty. I pulled forward to break the sausage into pieces for Charlie but I did not check both sandwiches before leaving--that's a my bad. So after pulling out into traffic and starting our day, I opened one of the sandwiches and saw that it was a plain sausage biscuit...I opened the other one and same thing--too far down the road to go back....I will be going to a different place for my breakfast ---I will never go back to this Wendy's.

Read moreA quick stop for chicken nuggets at the drive-thru window. Great snack. That was years ago. On 10/27/23, I hit the drive-thru, ordered a cheeseburger, single meat, no onions, no ketchup, no mayo(I DESPISE mayo on burgers), with mustard and the rest of the rabbit-food, fries, and a drink. Had to ask for salt. Got to my destination; no mustard, (if I can put in a picture, the yellow gunk is NOT mustard; it's their 'cheese')but it had ketchup, mayo(🤮), and onions. The 'manager', Keith, took my phone complaint and said he'd 'make a note of my receipt number, for the other managers'. I'm 71, tired from doing stuff all day, and I have a little box of dubious fries, a Dr. Pepper, and a burger that I am not going to eat; for a bit over $10.25. I'm up a flight of stairs, and in for the night. It's going to be a long time, before I spend another penny at this place. Am I the only one who thinks that was a collossal screwup? The clown places may screw my order up too, but they charge much less...
Read moreI haven’t received my food yet but the service so far is subpar at best. I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes for a breakfast baconator. It’s not the food I’m waiting for though. When I got to the window and handed the employee my card she asked if I had cash. She stared at me in disbelief and told me that she couldn’t process a card on the register without the other employees fingerprint. She then asked again if I had cash. I told her no again and she just stared at me. I finally asked if I needed to wait for the other girl. She said yes and I pulled forward. I’m now 15 minutes in and another girl came out to get my card. The same girl that I just watched unload supplies from her truck through the drive thru window. Maybe they were short staffed but no one seemed apologetic for the inconvenience.
20 minutes in and my card isn’t back nor do I have my food.
I don’t live in Benbrook so coming back won’t happen but I hope their service is better than this the majority...
