I never leave reviews, but this is probably the most upsetting experience with a restaurant I have ever had. I am moving out of state (to a state with no cafe Yumm) and spent 3 days packing a uhaul, and I drove from sunvriver to bend just so I could have one last meal there before I depart. I wasn't going to make it until 8:55, so I began calling at 8:40 to place a to go order, and the woman answered the phone and hung up on me two seperate times, I could hear her say something to her coworker briefly before the line disconnected. I haven't been here for a few months so we decided to give it another shot yesterday. I ordered the new spicy teriyaki yumm bowl. The presentation was beautiful but my first thought was that the portion was very small for $15. The amount of yumm sauce was lacking. There must have been less than a spoonful of it in the bowl. Same thing with my mom's dish. It seems that the tofu is smaller now, too. Shrinkflation at its finest. Pretty disappointing experience. I don't make a lot of money, and I'm done wasting it here. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered four dishes to-go about a half hour before closing. I asked for no tomatoes on two of the dishes due to allergies. We got home and all of the dishes had tomatoes. I drove back over to return the food. My daughter called and let them know I was on my way. They closed a few minutes early as I noticed when I got there. They pretended not to see me at the door. They came over after several minutes and wouldnt give me a refund. I gave them the two dishes and emailed the company the next day. They apologized and said they would send me a giftcard.
