I’m not one to ever complain or post my discontent but this was an appalling experience. Prior to COVID-19 and the nose pick and finger lick experience...,this was our favorite weekly place to visit, take visitors , meet with friends, team celebrations, birthday’s...extra. We were looking forward to return and have our favorite treat. This Saturday we we’re very disappointed to see there was NO Social Distancing and neither of the employees serving were warring a mask. As disappointed as we were we decided to give them another shot today, hopeful the situation had been rectified and a better experience .Unfortunately not only were they not warring masks but we witnessed the young man serving picked his nose, served a patron then lick his fingers without washing. Now that the hot fudge warmer is again functional, we'll visit even more often. This is our go-to treat place. We love to sample any new flavors though my husband usually ends up with vanilla with hot fudge in the end. Right now the Bachelor Blackberry is my flavor choice. We like to fill our own cup with whatever flavors and toppings we like. The person behind the counter who weighs the cups is always pleasant and efficient. If they'd keep their bathroom really spiffy clean, and likewise wipe the trays below the yogurt spouts more often, I'd for sure bump my rating up to Excellent...

Had my daughters birthday here over the weekend. It was GREAT. The staff was accommodating, understanding and friendly. The yogurt was of course great. And the room was perfect. We had 9 kids plus 13 adults. I was afraid it was going to cost me more then I hoped, but it wasn't. I got away with under $100.
