I had to visit Kusshi several times to make sure it was actually as AMAZING as it seemed to be. It was. Their dishes are unique and incredible, packed with Nikkei flavor with plenty of options to pair dishes with what you like best. The tiradito, the sashimi ceviche, the crunchy tuna side, the group favorite Japanese totsā€¦every time itā€™s been the product of a talented and perfectionist staff. And if you donā€™t like raw fish, they have classics like lomo saltado too. We are very lucky to have them in Bend.

Amazing! My dad and I showed up just before they closed, and the food was absolutely incredible. And the service was fantastic. We got a sushi roll, and then the edamame, as well as pork belly. It was some of the best food weā€™ve had in a very long time! We will be coming back for sure.

Amazing! My dad and I showed up just before they closed, and the food was absolutely incredible. And the service was fantastic. We got a sushi roll, and then the edamame, as well as pork belly. It was some of the best food weā€™ve had in a very long time! We will be coming back for sure.
