This is a beautiful park along the deschutes river. A main place for floaters to get in and out. This park has a beach and is a great location for everyone who is interested in hanging out on the river. You can have a lot of fun on a hot day if you visit this park with your friends and family

Looked like an awesome place for kayaking. Also a place where you can start a float down the Deschutes River. The channel here has been split in three - kayaks, tubers, wildlife. Also a good place to get on the riverside trail that goes both upstream and downstream from here.

Great place to go watch people. You have the kayakers playing around and then the surfers. Also you get to see all the people tubing down which was quite hilarious. The water was a bit cold during late June but I imagine August would be great!

Nice little park near the whitewater park. Nice view of the Deschutes River, a few tables, some restrooms which can be quite handy pitstops for planning your long runs, and a very nice little wildflower area nearby.

This is a part of my almost everyday walk. Glorious early in the morning, when the early birds are already surfing. We are so fortunate to have places like this to enjoy!

Brought my parents here to go kayaking. They were 66 and 73. The beaches are clean and easy to use. We got them in and out of the kayaks without injury. Love this place.
