AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!! Extremely idiotic staff. Two consecutive weeks we've gotten the order given to us incorrectly. A complete idiot named Mirna refused to help me despite all the evidence showing the fact that they gave us the wrong meal. Wanted me to return a day-old burger to get the correct one. What was my son supposed to eat for dinner tonight? Ridiculous, worst customer service ever. I work in the city but somehow I'm supposed to be there when Antonio, the manager is there (10-5). I'm sure he's proud of his staff who seems to be teenagers just there to gossip, not pay attention and give out the wrong order and poor customer service. It's like most all other McDonald's. They couldn't get the order right even if you wrote it on paper and hand that to them. They would manage to screw it up some how! I went to McDonald's to get a iced latte! Cheaper than Starbucks but at least they get the order correct. I ordered a large iced vanilla latte not low fat! The worker hands me an iced latte says "large low fat vanilla latte" almost throws it me and runs like I was gonna eat him! No darlin I ain't that hungry! One of my guilty pleasures i always say I'm not going back to McDonald's and i some how end up there every blue moon. I ordered a double cheese burger and 10 pc nuggets with med fri. The burger was put together like they did it with their eyes closed, and my double patties were hanging halfway off the bread . It was very dry to the taste. The only moisture i got came from the little ketchup they did use. The nuggets were ok. i guess I didn't have any complaints.
