Claudia H., The lady who took my order about 30 min ago gave me attitude when i asked for extra bacon on my wake up wrap. She said "WHY" like it was a problem. And then proceeded to ask the rest of my order. The same thing happened to my fiance the other day when he ordered extra bacon with the same lady. She said to him "oh, you want extra bacon? UGHHH." Why is it her business if we want extra bacon on our wraps. Not only that but she didnt even put extra bacon on the wraps, there was only 1 piece. Arent there supposed to be 2 strips of bacon on the wakeup wrap before adding extra bacon anyway? The only reason i started ordering the extra bacon was because they dont make it right in the first place almost every time. I know not Everyone likes their job -but to take it out on the customer is completely wrong. How hard is it when you explain to some kid that you want two coffees no cream no sugar five creams on the side and still insists on giving you extra cream extra sugar and then thinks it's funny.Then acts annoyed. Someone needs to explain to this a little twerp that's the only thing worse than a bad job- which we've all had to work at some point in our life -is no job. Maybe he ought to have some unemployment time with no money. I will go out of my way not to go to this Dunkin' Donuts anymore. Also I asked for a sugar-free no sugar added frozen coffee. it was it was beyond their expertise of knowledge claiming it don't come that way- don't tell me I order it all the time from other Dunkin' Donuts. Read moreI think this may be the one and only Dunkin I've ever been to that actually gets my coffee right! Some of the employees are super friendly, while some aren't rude, but aren't friendly either. But who cares, they get my coffee right every time!!
Edited: I actually stopped going to this location a while ago due to an incident with one employee. They handed me the wrong drink and when I politely handed it back and explained it wasn't the drink I had ordered, they grabbed the correct drink and shoved it through my window and the liquid spilled all over me from the lid that wasn't fitted on properly. I got no apology nor did they offer napkins to clean up the coffee that was all over me. That was several months ago but just remembered I had left this positive review, and wanted to change it to fit my current feelings about this location.
