UNO Pizzeria & Grill — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

Had a terrible experience last night at Uno's. First it started when my fiance went to walk in the girl opened the door for her as she was waiting in the lobby on the phone. The host said are you coming in or out....which in my eyes I thought was extremely rude esp since she was on the phone.

We had a very nice waiter, asked him multiple questions about the meal and what was in it since I can't eat certain things. He was very helpful. When the food came out, my fries and soup were stone cold, and my fiances broccoli was like the ice berg that hit the Titanic...ice cold and hard as a rock, not even steamed. The waiter was upset and got the manager. The manager apologized and got use new fries, soup and broccoli.

Moving forward with out meals, I notice that my fiances sandwich looked a little weird, we just thought it was the lighting but looking closer at the sandwich, you would think by looking at the photo that this was some kinda salmon sandwich...wrong that is pink chicken my friends. We decided to say nothing because at this point it was a nightmare of a meal. We were offered free dessert but decided to not stick around for that. They took 5 dollars off our bill for the issues...thanks I guess.

I am not sure what this Uno's is trying to do but honestly thinking about calling the board of health on them. Pink chicken, cold food, the place had dust everywhere....just the heart and soul of this once great establishment has gone down the drain. Can see this place closing real soon if they keep up the service we received. Oh Uno's if you are reading this tell you host at the door to drop the attitude...she was...

We had the party room rented for a retirement party last night. I can not say enough about this staff! The food was excellent, there was plenty of space, the set up was great, but the staff was so accommodating. We had the pleasure of having Becca assigned to our party and she was amazing! So attentive and helpful and worked a room of about 60 people flawlessly. At the end of the night there was a problem with our bill that a newer manager couldn’t rectify ( but he was also super accommodating and so friendly!) so the manager Shannon came in from home to assist in fixing it at literally 1130pm. We sat at the bar waiting for a long time for bill to be fixed even after closing and even the bartender so friendly with our party and with us, despite the fact she was cleaning up to go home she never made us feel “in the way”. But Shannon to the rescue!! She was amazing! She handled the issue right away within minutes and was so pleasant and gracious about it. She wasn’t even working and came in just to help. I can’t thank you all enough for such great service the party was amazing and our guest of honor was absolutely thrilled! I also wanted to shout out Alexis who was helpful as well! But to Shannon, Becca, and Luna ( who is out on leave and still planning parties from home and answering all our questions leading up to the day of) you guys are an amazing and have an fantastic team and can’t thank you enough for helping us create such a memorable and...

First off let me say we’ve eaten here many times, usually with no major issues. We get everyone is short staffed and things “ may” take a bit longer than usual. Tonight though, takes the cake as worst dining experience ever to date. No wait to get in, restaurant not crowded at all. Waited 20 min for a waitress to come over and take the drink and app order, takes another 15 min to get drinks and order our dinners. Apps and dinner show up at same exact time. I Requested the dinners be kept in the kitchen until we finished the apps as there was literally no room on the table for everything at once. The young man who brought out the dinners walked away huffing and puffing obviously unhappy to take the dinners back. We finished our apps and drinks right as the manager walked to the table to apologize, no worries…all good. This was unfortunately the last time we saw our waitress, Skylar (with the orange dyed hair) stop at our table. Empty drinks, stacked app plates left at the table after multiple passes by our table and about 20 min. Our dinners never showed back up, and after another couple got up and left after waiting for a waitress, we then decided to go to the front and get the manager to ring us out for the apps and drinks.
