Ritas doesn’t believe in customer equality ? Very disappointed at the way that I was treated today by a older woman who was working alone. I am very empathetic and understanding however, I am also very reasonable. I waited in the line in 90° weather for about 10 minutes as the three customers that were in front of me we’re helped and served. Upon it becoming my turn in the line I greeted the woman and told her the name for the order that I was picking up for Uber eats delivery. The woman replied to me, in a stern tone that I would have to wait another 10 minutes for the order so that she can serve the other customers first. I asked her why as I had already waited 10 minutes in the hot sun, and she told me to not give her a hard time. I I replied, in a calm voice, that I am not trying to give her a hard time, but just trying to get a better understanding of the situation. She told me that the other customers come first before doordash in a very condescending tone. ( mind you i’m a uber driver) I expressed that they had just arrived, and I had been waiting a very long time. She then threw her arms in the air and stormed off to go make the order which at this point I told her to not worry about it, and I left. I hope that she gets the chance to read this review as I would love to tell her that I was not trying to make her life difficult, but trying to be fair. I am also working just like her, and little does she know I just got done working all day at my other job. So to be spoken to in such a condescending manner, and told that I am not important, did hurt my feelings. As i am just trying to feed my child. I also do not get paid, hourly like she does so my time is very important. Every customer should be important! Even the digital ones. And you should not take things out on the delivery...
Read moreWhoever worked the closing shift last night was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to after the level of disrespect my friend and I experienced. When we arrived, we were unaware the place was closed because the older woman was still happily serving another family—smiling, laughing, and joking with them. After that family left, my friend and I approached, only for the worker to slam the window shut and immediately close the blinds. No acknowledgment, no “sorry we’re closed”—just acting as if we weren’t even there. To make matters worse, I noticed a younger worker laughing beside the older one as this happened. I can’t say for sure if it was because of my skin color compared to the other family, but the treatment felt discriminatory and entirely uncalled for. Because of this experience, I will not...
Read moreI honestly can’t stand this location. I go to this one because it’s by my boyfriends house and they ALWAYS undercut me. They charge way too much for the amount of custard they give. I go to the other one by my house and they always fill the cups all the way and it’s clear that this location just rips people off. I’ve had so many encounters with young teenage girls here that don’t ever fill up cups and when I say something, I get a dirty look and an attitude. Then when I say “thanks so much have a good one”, they don’t say a word and just shut the window in my face. The customer service here sucks and they charge way too much money just to give you no ice cream, feels like prices go up while the quality and amount goes down. Companies really need to train their staff better on customer service instead of paying them to have...
