Had a barbecue luncheon for 50 people ,the day after a wedding for my daughter. They set everything up and served ribs,chicken,pulled pork, and slow cooked brisket. We also had Mac and cheese, coleslaw, roasted veggies , rolls, and wings. They brought a large smoker and set it all up in our driveway. They came at 10 am, served us at 2 pm and broke down everything at 4:30 pm . Supplied everything but the drinks. Afterwards, my backyard looked like they were never there. Lots of leftovers were put in trays by them and place in our oven and kitchen so we all ate again at 9pm! Food was well prepared and delicious. My guests raved about the brisket and ribs. Great one stop shop for all things barbecue. The staff is helpful and friendly. They carry a wide range of rubs, sauces, injections, etc. They also have some charcoal and pellet brands that you're not going to find at Home Depot.

One of the cool things about this place is they have a cooler stocked with meat, including premium cuts (Japanese Wagyu and the like) as well as exotics (bison, venison, elk, kangaroo, etc.).

I also learned that they're my local GMG dealer, so when I wanted to get the pizza oven attachment for my pellet grill, I could go in the store to see it in person and take some measurements to make sure it would work, since I was using it with a Recteq. Plus buying it from them allowed me to avoid insane shipping costs.
