I am a Uber driver and DoorDash and they caused me to lose money because the food was not ready for the customer and they also gave the customers order to someone else. I had sit there for about an hour waiting on two customers orders and they did not have one of them And the other one was missing some stuff in it so I didn’t get paid for my deliveries and I just sit there for a whole hour for nothing and I did. I just think this need to be brought to someone’s attention because once we pick up the orders and stuff or get there and sign in it is a wait Time And sometime it’ll be like 30 minutes to 45 minutes or they miss somebody order and they seal the bag so we can’t look in it to see if it’s missing, but we lose money. That way they didn’t try to conversation me in any kind of way the manager that was on duty that night he said that the order had already been taken, but the customer hadn’t gotten their order they gave the order to the wrong Uber driver and the store was closing so he was like I need to contact Uber Uber I mean DoorDash Daddy told me to take the order but I informed them that the store is closed and the customer still hasn’t gotten older and they paid for it nor did I get paid for thatso someone need to reimburse me for my money in my gas and I think it should be McDonald’s or at least give me a free meal to replace my...
Read moreI’m only giving service a 2 for the gentleman at the pass out window this evening (approx 5:45pm July 10th 2024). I went through with my points for a free happy meal for my daughter. On the app I messed up and entered the wrong drink. I asked the lady at the “paying” window if I could just have her drink switched out. Before I could even get the question out of my mouth she interrupted me very rudely and said she can’t change nothing. So I drove to the next window with my card ready to order the right drink. The gentleman at that window was extremely kind and switched her drink out with what we wanted. I even offered to pay for the second drink but he said it was fine.
This is also not the first encounter with this lady when I sent my kids father up to get our kids something to eat he made an error at the drive through (being rushed with his order) and asked her to fix it before he paid. She got rude with him also and told him to hold on. When he realized she was upset with the change he told her never mind. In which she responded that she had been there for 20 plus years and she wasn’t a noobie and he needed to wait a moment. He let it go and proceeded with the order. Read moreI tried it again it's been 6 months since I've been to this McDonald's because it's very convenient I wanted to give it a second try. it was 17 minutes to get a small ice cream cone and a medium-sized drink, the woman at the first window when I stated to her that no one told me the amount that I was supposed to provide she said you didn't talk to me you talk to someone else because if it was me you would know how much you're supposed to pay I said okay... the same lady was looking hanging out the window having conversation with I don't know who it wasn't me about a truck I said are you speaking to me she says no look at that stupid person driving that truck...
