Placed mobile order, went to speaker. Waited at least 5 minutes, figured speaker was broken. Pulled up to window. Waited at least another 5 minutes, figured they would get to me when they could so I decided I would turn off my car and I closed my eyes for less than a minute, I was just tired… (I wasn’t wanting to go in as I had been rushing out the door to get kids to school and still had PJs on :/). I opened my eyes to a black male employee with long hair at the window looking right at me with his phone out like he was taking a picture of me! I tried to talk to him but he ran off. I called the store where the woman told me “no one took a picture of you”, “he doesn’t even have a phone on him”, “no one has time to be taking pictures”. Basically called me a liar. Read moreEverytime we go to this Wendy's the food is not fresh, there is a long wait time or our order is wrong. This last visit was the worst and we would much rather drive into town then eat here even if it is convenient. I hardly ever leave negative reviews but it's been a pattern and I'd rather save someone else the trouble and hopefully flag management that there are issues. On the way home from visiting family we pull over to grab a quick bite. From the time I ordered until the time they gave me my food (which was not correct) we were in line over 30 minutes. I had 3 kids in the car under 8 and a dog. Once I was backed in with a car in front and behind I could not leave or I would have. I specifically asked if they had their side of fruit in stock when ordering and they told me after I paid they didn't have enough do I want apples? Read moreFirst I absolutely love their biscuits and gravy. I was going there between 5-6am. Never had an issue until all of sudden they kept telling me the drive thru was closed. Which its advertised 24 hours. I haven't been able to get a straight answer yet as to what time they open. I decided to call back to ask and was told it should open soon. I then asked, so there is no set time to open? She replied it depends on what's going on. Well I'm curious how are people to plan around stopping there? Your drive thru lights are on, the menus are all turned to breakfast. I sat and wasted time waiting for someone to say anything, even tell me it's closed, but nothing.
