I'm so sorry but KFC here in Arkansas is awful worst total experience ever it's taken me a while just to post this because I was so upset I normally don't go to the restaurant and even though they owe me money which they have said they do I have just not had a chance to go back to pick up my money the place is horrible the macaroni and cheese is disgusting I'm sorry but the only thing I can say that any good there would be the mashed potatoes with gravy and I would say that's about it I'm sorry but KFC has changed radically from here all the way out to California I could never condone what goes on here in Arkansas it's just totally awful I realized that the lady that I spoke to that was very kind to me and we had a long conversation she just wanted to make everything right and I get it but I have lost $40 with this company. I am going to get to this place to get my money back but at this point all I can say is folks think twice before you go there at least order something that you know and you really like and hopefully it is exactly what you ordered don't order something that you think might be good because chances are if you've never had it and you have it for the first time you're just going to go gosh what was I thinking? That being said, if your hours say that you are open to a certain time, you should be prepared to serve during those hours. If those hours can't or won't be honored, change the time. We got in after a long day and ordered 6 Chicken sandwiches. The clerk said she only had 2 fillets for the sandwiches,but could make the remainder with chicken tenders. OK. There is a reason that the fillet sandwiches cost what they cost and the tenders wraps cost less. It really isn't the same right? So, why try to offer them as a replacement? You just didn't want to prepare what I asked for, even though you weren't closed.... That seems to be a thing in the midwest now, but I thought it was more a Missouri thing.
