MYMITO — Restaurant in Bentonville

I was fully aware that this was going to be exceptional when I was ordering the mountain of takeout, but nothing prepared me for how exceeded my expectations would be.

the steamed Gyoza are light and delicious, I could put away like 40 of them in a sitting, easily. the butterfly shrimp were phenomenal and had the perfect texture, doubly so for the spring rolls too (they had a wicked crunch)!!

the Gyūdon with fried rice brought me back to my first Japanese beef bowl in San Francisco, 9 years ago. complete Ratatouille moment, my socks were knocked off. now stay with me yall cause the simple salad?? beyond PERFECT and was also subsequently inhaled in seconds. the creamy Thai dressing is straight up addicting and makes this a top 3 salad in my book tbh… also the Thai tea is just right, not too sweet.

highly, highly recommend this spot, as the prices are fair, the food I am STILL craving the next day and Harry is very kind + talented.

Our entire family loves loves loves this restaurant. Our 7 year old hates all new things on principle, but even he could not resist the perfect crispiness of the spring rolls or the savory steamed gyoza. Absolutely delicious! Tried MYMITO for the first time and was blown away by the flavor. Every dish was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and made with care.
