Cancelled my order due to ridiculously inaccurate wait times. I placed an online pickup order that said it would be ready in 16 min at 6:05. I came at 6:05 and they said it would be around 20 more minutes as there were 4 orders ahead of mine. It was too cold to walk outside in the park so I waited in the car for 20 minutes and then came back...just to have them tell me it would be another 15 minutes as there were still two orders before mine that they needed to make. Ended up asking to cancel my order...they didn't even seem apologetic and were justifying it saying we only have one cook, it's cold, they received a lot of orders today and it's hard to predict how long it will take...but how could it take more than triple the estimated time? I understand delays, but why did they tell me it would be ready in 20 minutes when it wouldn't be ready until 35 minutes later? They knew there were 4 orders ahead of mine so they could at least have given a better estimate of the wait time the first time they told me there would be a delay. They've been operating for at least a year so they should have an idea of how long each order should take.
Also one of the items I ordered was sold out and I didn't find out until after I arrived...do not order online.
They really need to fix their estimated times on the website. So disappointed as I was really looking forward to trying...

I called to place an order with Pinoylicious at 5:20 pm and was told that they were busy, but that the order would be ready around 5:50 pm. I arrived at about 5:45 and expected to be able to check in and let them know I had arrived. There was no one at the window to talk to. Both employees were working in the kitchen. I get it; they're busy and it's all hands on deck to make food. However, I really thought someone would pop over to the window to give myself and the other waiting customers an occasional update. That didn't happen. Some other people waiting had less patience than me and simply left after a few minutes of standing in front of the service window with no service. My food was finally ready at 6:20 pm, an hour after I placed the order and 30 minutes after the promised ready time.
The food was incredible and unlike anything I've had before. I really want to go back to try more of their food, but Pinoylicious needs to make some major operational changes. People expect reasonably quick service from a food truck with a 15-25 minute wait time, even if it is busy. If it's going to be longer, please say so so that people can walk around Osage Park rather than standing outside of the food truck with no updates...
Read moreCame across this place from my last visit in NWA. Great owners and service. Glad I’m able to have quality Filipino food when I come to NWA now. Got the lumpia Shanghai. That was made to perfection!!! I loved how they kept it long and not cut in half. I didn’t take a pic cuz I literally finished all 6 while I was driving back to my hotel lol Also tried the LECHON kawali, Bicol express, and the Dinuguan special. Bicol express was not traditional, but the flavor is still very much had that bagoong shrimp paste flavor. Not as spicy as I wanted it, but I get they make it to appease to clients. The dinuguan was great. I love dinuguan without a lot of organ meats, and this was clean tasting and the coconut milk is actually how I cook mine so that was a surprise to have the flavor remind me of my home cooked version on this dish. And how can you go wrong with LECHON kawali? But sadly some places do. These were cooked to perfection. And it was the one I finished first of the 3 entrees I tried. I will definitely come back every time I’m down to visit. Love this place and the people who run it are great company and...
