Social Project Brewing Co. — Restaurant in Bentonville

My friends and I had 2 tasting flights and the beer was great and at a good price. However, some things to consider include (a) location - it's wedged beside a bank in south Bentonville. It was dead around 9:30 pm on a Saturday and there's nothing around it, (b) service - if you go up to the counter people were nice, but walking in we got unfriendly stares and no welcome from the staff, (c) ordering - the menus on the wall have names all in cursive, have small font to describe them and it's pretty hard to read if you are not directly at the counter. Perhaps a QR Code menu would be helpful here. Furthermore, no directions for first time visitors. (d) Environment - the pics of this place on Google Maps make it look much larger than it actually is. My wife and I visited this brewery along with my aunt, who doesn't like beer. We arrived shortly after opening. One of the owners was eager to talk about their beer and the entire brewing process, and he was willing to engage with us about any questions we had about their products. He spent time talking with my aunt about what she typically drinks and provided her with a sour that she actually enjoyed and still talks about. Not only was their beer top tier, but the environment was nice and laid-back. I thoroughly enjoyed my time drinking there and my interaction with their entire staff. Disappointing experience on my first visit today. Had a flight of 4 IPAs, all 4 had a terrible after taste and I only had a few sips of each. Explained I did not like them and asked they be taken off my tab, I was told they could not and "they have to make money". I can appreciate this, but is it really worth a poor experience (and review) for a few 5oz pours? Also asked for a pour smaller than 8oz on thier BA stout and was told "no, not possible". Why?
