An absolutely amazing experience. I am truly blown away by the hospitality I felt in Thai Basil. Not only was the service amazing, I left the restaurant having met the cooks to thank them myself. I, while I'm not particularly proud of my lateness, walked in past their closing time and was still happily invited to stay and sit to eat at their tables. The young man who served me, Daniel, was particularly observant to make sure that the food was not only satisfying, but above my expectations. It was immediately clear that the staff genuinely wanted me to have a good time in their restaurant, almost like their employment was very person to each of them. It astonishes me that I've made it this far into the review without even mentioning the food, so let me say that this was truly delicious food. I chose the Chicken Pad Thai after consulting my girlfriend over text for recommendations, and was far from disappointed by the result. I don't write reviews for restaurants generally, but my experience with this restaurant and the hospitality I was shown, far more than my experience with other restaurants in NWA, was worth sharing to this pocket of the work and anyone who...

I got the masaman curry. Very very flavorful. They use cashews and avocados, which I wasn't used to. I loved it. They also didn't give an overwhelming portion. In a lot of Thai places I've eaten at they give you enough to feed your whole family, literally. They still give a large portion, but not entire boat filled with curry. 😂 I liked what they served because there was a lot of substance to it and not just the...
