Final verdict:
While overall I am happy with this place and there were good variety and I may go back for their goat option, specially their goat fried in ghee (a healthy oil) which was the dish standing out and so tasty, the lack of any coolants other than Raita (like cucumber or plain yogurt) and the lack of enough creative vegetarian dishes (like cauliflower or Gongura rice) and the absence of any sort of hot drink like chai (despite too many desserts) will leave me wishing this place takes those extra few steps more seriously to make their buffet...

I had the opportunity of dining at Flavors Indian Cuisine recently, and I was really thrilled with this Indian gastronomic wonderland. The friendly atmosphere created the perfect setting for a great dinner experience from the moment I walked in.
The interior design perfectly balanced modern and traditional features to create a cozy and welcoming space. The interior design's attention to detail improved the dining area's overall atmosphere, making it the perfect place for a celebratory dinner or a quiet supper with friends.
A special mention should be given to Flavors Indian Cuisine's service. In addition to being attentive, the staff made excellent recommendations and was well-versed in the menu. Their amiable and obliging manner contributed to the place's overall pleasant atmosphere.
Easily customizable spice levels are one of this restaurant's unique selling points. For my pals and myself, this was a huge turning point. To accommodate everyone's preferences, we were able to choose dishes with varying degrees of spiciness. Our supper was made even more enjoyable by it, and we valued the flexibility the restaurant provided.
My overall impression of Flavors is nothing short of remarkable. It's a great option for anyone looking for a real Indian dining experience because of its delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and excellent service. My palate was pleased when I left, and I was eager to go back and try more of their delicious cuisine. I think Flavors is a hidden gem in the community's culinary scene, and I heartily suggest it to...
Read moreI was curious about Flavors new location so I popped in on s Saturday night. They only do the buffet at noon or Wednesday night so I ordered off the rather extensive menu. I was intrigued by the spicy ginger chicken wings appetizer and was glad to hear they, like the rest of the menu can be ordered to a specific heat level 1 -5. The level 3 was perfect making my nose run without burning my lips. Their taste however was the highlight. The wings were fried crispy and the sauce was terrific with ginger and onion. For an entrée I chose the Andhra Chicken Curry. I consider myself fairly well acquainted with Indian cuisine but this dish was new to me. When it arrived I could smell the wonderful spices within. It did indeed had a great complex flavor and like the wings perfect spice at level 3. There were a few things that kept Flavors from receiving five stars. First the space is large and dated. It doesn’t look like an Indian restaurant or even the Italian restaurant it was previously. The basmati rice had good flavor but seemed like it had sat around for a bit. My biggest concern would be the prices. Most of the appetizers were $14. Outside of fine dinning appetizers really should come in under $10. (The wings were $12.50 and worth it) The rest of the menu likewise was overpriced. Some dishes like the curry at $13.50 were just a dollar or two high with lamb and seafood options being more. If you order a complete meal it will run $19 plus. I didn’t see how much the buffet was but it may be a better...
