If you're in search of a restaurant that offers a great buffet at an incredible value for money, look no further. This place has become one of my top recommendations for anyone craving delicious Indian cuisine. The array of dishes offered is impressive, and the quality of the food is consistently high.
One of the standout items on their menu is the Goat Dum Biryani. The biryani is cooked to perfection, with tender pieces of goat meat that practically melt in your mouth. The Vijayawada Special Chicken Biryani is another must-try. It's bursting with flavors and has just the right amount of spice to satisfy your palate.
The appetizers are equally commendable. The Chicken 555 is a dish that will leave you wanting more. It's perfectly spiced and has a delightful crunch to it. The Shrimp Fry is another highlight, with succulent shrimp cooked to crispy perfection. These appetizers set the tone for what is sure to be a fantastic meal.
For those who appreciate a good vegetarian dish, the Gobi and Paneer offerings are excellent. Both are cooked just right, with a perfect balance of spices and flavors. The Gobi has a great texture, and the Paneer is wonderfully soft and creamy.
One of the hidden gems on their menu is the Curd Rice. It might sound simple, but it's one of the best dishes they offer. It's refreshing and perfectly complements the spicier dishes on the menu. It's a must-try, especially if you need something to cool down your taste buds.
Their snack items are also worth mentioning. The Mysore Bonda and Punugulu are absolutely delicious. These snacks are fried to a golden brown and have a wonderful flavor that makes them perfect for any time of the day.
Overall, this restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience. The variety and quality of the food make it a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy a hearty meal. The buffet is a particular highlight, providing great value for money without compromising on taste or quality. Whether you're a fan of rich biryanis, tasty appetizers, or comforting vegetarian dishes, this restaurant has something to offer everyone. Highly...
Read moreMy experience at this place was nothing short of disappointing. I decided to place an order through the Pringles api for convenience, but little did I know it would turn into a nightmare.
Upon arriving at the restaurant, the front desk lady seemed utterly clueless and indifferent to my presence. She couldn't even bother to check if my order had been received, let alone offer any assistance. Instead, she brushed me off with a careless remark to call customer service for a refund. Excuse me, what kind of customer service is that?
Reluctantly, my friends and I decided to dine in since we were already there. However, the lack of hospitality continued as our server greeted us with a face that could curdle milk. Not a single smile or hint of warmth. It's as if we were inconveniencing her by being there.
Now, onto the food. Frankly, it was subpar at best. I couldn't help but wonder if the chef's mood matched that of the staff, because the lack of flavor and presentation was evident in every dish we ordered.
To add insult to injury, I left the restaurant without leaving a tip. Normally, I wouldn't dream of doing such a thing, but the abysmal service and quality of food left me with no choice. If you expects patrons to tip, they should ensure that their staff provide at least a semblance of decent service.
In the future, I implore this place to be transparent about their online ordering system. If it's not functioning properly, have the courtesy to inform potential customers beforehand. A simple notice on Google would suffice. No one enjoys wasting their time on lengthy phone calls to customer service because of a failure on the restaurant's end.
Overall, my experience at Bawarchi was utterly forgettable, and I have no intention of returning anytime soon. Save yourself the trouble and dine elsewhere unless you enjoy dismal service and...
Read moreOverall Bawarchi Biryani Point was a disappointment! Throughout our meal we received close to no service and no respect. When we first arrived we were greeted with room temperature water bottles. Due to the spicy food we were in a constant need of water and had to ask multiple times for simply another water bottle that was noticeabley not refrigerated. Once we finally were able to flag someone down to ask for an extra water bottle it took 10 to 15 minutes to deliver. This brings me to the next problem which was that we received more disrespect then service! It took us over 15 minutes to order our food! And while the food was quite delightful, the service was absolutely awful! Coming to a restauranr with 9 hungry people often means you need to order a little more food. Therefore we had to order two servings of our first appetizer. When it was served there were only three of what we had ordered when there was supposed to be four. When we notified our waiter he argued with us for almost three minutes about how many he had served. He eventually gave in and ended up bringing us another. Although we won the arugument I feel that this kind of dispute was completely unnecessary. What happened to the saying "the customer is always right"? Throughout the rest of our meal we had many more arguments with our waiter and to top of this "amazing" meal when we received our check they added an extra ten dollar tip that they obviously did not deserve! Overall my experience at this restaurant was awful and I do not recommend it unless you enjoy this type of behavior or you're in a desperate need for...
