Itemized review: Service: 5 stars. Our cashier, Valerie, was fun to talk to and very informative. Recommended great items and expanded our knowledge of indian food.
Entree: 4 stars. I had a Paneer panini and my girlfriend had a chicken burger. It was fresh, hot, and came out fast. I don't typically eat vegetarian food, but I really enjoyed the panini. My girlfriend, unfortunately, dislikes spicy food and even without any of the spicy mayo, she was still unable to finish her burger.
Desserts: 4 stars. I had a piece of mango cake and my girlfriend had ice cream. The cake was moist, flavorful, and not overwhelming. The icecream however was a bit underwhelming, seemed like something you could get from a store. Perhaps that was due to the flavors we chose though.
Overall a great place to eat and I would recommend trying it even if you are unfamiliar with Indian food. Be careful if you hate...
Read moreEdit: Tried the ice cream today, sorry to say but its kind of a rip off. 95 cents an ounce, a tiny scoop was almost $3. On top of that the ice cream was freezer burnt beyond belief. They replaced it, but the new ice cream wasn't worth the price still. Hate saying it, but I would say stay away from here, not worth it.
Wasn't bad, not even too pricey, I got the mango falooda. Falooda itself is supposed to be a light and sweet (but not too sweet), refreshing summer dessert. It usually has ice cream in it, with milk and other items. The faloooda I got here was crazy thick, heavy and sweet. It tasted like they added ice cream to mango lassi (which itself usually has heavy cream), making it too rich. Flavor wasn't bad, but this isn't what im used to. Mango lassi itself isn't in traditional cuisine. and making falooda out of lassi was too much. I will be back to try their other items,...
Read moreWas looking for a place where I could find good Black Forest pastry ,I am so glad that Kwality serves amazing Black Forest pastry (eggless/with egg) , pineapple, butter scotch and tiramisu are also good. I even got plum cake with rum during Christmas and I must say I absolutely enjoyed it.
I have been here a couple of times; sometimes chaats are good and sometimes they are just satisfactory!! Panini, frankie ,puff and wraps are flavourful. Paneer tikka and chicken tikka have the same flavour with different protein so make sure to choose other options If you miss Indian McDonald’s the veggie burger is adequate to satisfy your craving temporarily
The staff is friendly and the service is good.
If you are in Bentonville I would definitely recommend it for pastries, ice creams, cookies and you can go here once in a while when you crave for some...
