Sunny's — Restaurant in Bentonville

I have literally never left a bad review, but this place was so disappointing. I was the only customer in the building and it still took 10-15 minutes to get the egg sandwich I ordered, which was incredibly sad and underwhelming. There was barely any avocado and it was brown, the eggs were bright orange which was alarming, and the overall taste just was not good. There are much better places to go for the price. I will say, the employees were very friendly and I appreciate them! This will be my first and last time visiting, though.

Edit in response to the owner: I got it to-go, so bringing it up with the staff and requesting something else was not an option. Do you have any other suggestions for what I could have done...

I want to give them five stars. Love the fresh, healthy food. Service is very friendly. How ever, it seems like every time I go here they mess up my order (or someone with me). Most recently, I took my 6-year-old grandson here for lunch. He ordered a sandwich and I ordered a choose three from their prepared food. His sandwich came out in a timely fashion, but he was almost finished and my food had not arrived. I went to the counter to ask if they had forgotten about me and the young lady said “oh, did you order something?” I reminded her what I ordered, and she said they would have it right out. When it came, it was not what I ordered! By the time they got my food to me my grandson was finished and...

I was absolutely OBSSESSED with their Açai bowl!! However, lately it has been hit or miss. It either tastes amazing or tastes pretty meh on top of the fact that they seem to run out of it constantly. The past 3 times I've wanted to order it, they've been sold out. If you're selling out of something, then shouldn't you be ordering more than usual?

The last time I went in, the people working there were so unhappy and rude. The person I was there with even commented how not a single person working there was smiling. For this reason, I stick to delivery.
