Before I begin this rant, I will say that the morning shift seems to have their ducks in a row, now with saying that I will give this one star review to the afternoon/evening crew.
Never in my life have I ever seen a McDonalds ran as poorly as this one. I waited in line for almost 30 mins and once I reached the counter the cashier just ignored me while they stood at the end of the line waiting for food... doing nothing.
Once my order was taken, they forgot to give me my cup for my drink. Took about 5 mins to get their attention to grab my cup. The drink station was a complete disaster, most of the lids were out, ketchup all over the counter, napkins were empty, and straws were jammed and I fixed that myself.
Took another 20 minutes or more to get my order. Fries were fresh, but the burger patty was cold. The bun felt hard, and stale. The cheese was cold and not melted at all.
The floor was destroyed as well. Looked like someone walked in with dog feces on their shoe and you could smell it in the lobby. Tables were dirty and even other guests were commenting on how filthy the restaurant was.
I get it though, you were busy,... but your crew is unorganized, unhappy, and untrained. It should not take almost an hour to get a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal... and a poorly assembled one at that.

I have been debating on adding this last part but after awhile I felt the need to add this last part. Now, normally I do not call an individual employee or manager out for anything but I feel it is necessary.
During this visit the young gentleman at the front counter was doing the best he could. He was going over my receipt, talking to me to make sure my order was correct when the manager named Laura came up to the counter yelling my order out right next to us. I slightly raised my hand and said I'm right here. She shot me a nasty look, walked over to the end of the food line and looked at another manager and stated "That guy is a jackass". The other manager's jaw dropped, the young man taking care of me at the counter turned white, and guests behind me even gasped, and couldn't believe what they heard. I asked her if she just called me a jackass and was promptly ignored. I asked for the store managers name as I waited for my food.
I recieved my food, and left the restaurant. As I was about to pull out of my parking spot another employee walked up to my window, apologizing for Laura's actions and informed me that she was still talking bad about me after I left the store.

After several people, that came in after us had received their orders he had stepped up and inquired about his and I also inquired about mine. We were both told by Krista the MANAGER that she did not have our orders. I asked Krista the MANGER if she could just place my order since I already had done it through the kiosk and it didn't work out correctly, she said no, I could either use the kiosk or use the drive thru. I think what happened here is I had the option to pay at the counter with cash and chose that option. Unfortunately, I did not see the red sign at the.Register that said that they do not accept cash at the register only in the drive through. I had heard Krista the MANAGER shortly after I placed my order yell out in the back that the kiosk is card only. I think Krista the MANAGER canceled my and the elderly gentleman order and let us sit there and wait till we Inquired. if you don't want people paying with cash, then change the kiosk and not give people the option! i spent the next fifteen minutes waiting in the drive through to get food, as a business owner myself, I would not want my employees treating my customers like this. I was sitting in the drive thru this morning and the person in front of me was using the mobile app. The drive thru attendant was arguing that he had a different deal than what was showing on his phone. I could tell the driver had a speech impediment when I heard him speaking.
The driver said he could show them his phone . The attendant repeated the line âyou have a different dealâ about three times. Then she said âI can try to run another code but I canât promise anythingâ. At this point the driver was a little annoyed and said âthe app on my phone shows the deal I requested thoughâ. The drive thru attendant then accused the driver of yelling at her. The driver in front of me didnât say another word as he drove up to the window.
The manager was waiting for him, the driver proved he was right about the deal. As the manager was taking care of the problem, I could hear the drive thru attendant still attacking him in the background.
To treat a person with such contempt is disgusting! Now I know why the restaurant has...
