Stopped in as I was traveling through and I can honestly say I am impressed. I thought their service was friendly, polite and quick. The restaurant is bright and colorful, it feels festive without trying too hard. My order was great. The Mexican tacos were tasty. The asada was tender, but could have used a little stronger flavor. It was good, and that's my harshest critique. The carnitas were perfect. Such a bold taste, tender and precisely what pork carnitas should be. Presentation was great, and I have a preference to having cilantro and onions in a dish to add myself, no complaints because they hit good harmony in how they did it. The salsa Verde was nice a little bite and one that fits American taste. I bet they have one in reserve for those brave. Main course was the bean burrito. The plating was wonderful everything was absolutely the way I would prefer a burrito to be served. The case of Blanco was really good and if the refried brains are not homemade then they've got a good Secret because they tasted the part of good homemade refried beans. It's not easy to tell a difference but there is a difference between stuff that is made in house and the stuff that you would just get out of a can. The rice was incredibly flavorful and a bit understated but that didn't hurt it in the least bit sometimes Mexican rice when it comes with out some sort of vegetables mixed into it doesn't necessarily carry the flavor that it could but that rice didn't need much of any extra help. The salsa and chips were really good too. I would totally recommend this restaurant to anybody I think it absolutely knocks what it does out of...

Went in to grab some lunch. The place is very clean and well kept to be an older building. We were greeted quickly and sat down quickly. The lady who brought our salsa was talking on her cell phone the whole time she was bringing our salsa and chips. The young man who waited on was was very friendly and polite. We ordered and seemed like we didn't have to wait long at all before our food came. I ordered a T-bone steak and shrimp and my wife ordered chicken nachos. The food looked great when it came out and smelled very appealing. The whole time we ate all we had for background noise was the woman talking on her cellphone at one of the booths. Keep in mind she was an employee speaking in Spanish extremely loud on the cell phone. The shrimp I had was amazing, the steak wasn't of quality and was extremely salty. Overall it wasn't a very pleasant experience. Service was quick, the waiter was nice and easy to deal with but everything else seemed subpar. I honestly probably wouldn't go again and would rather stick with the existing Mexican places in town. It's a shame though, I was hoping the two we already had could have used some...

Games it every time I put my number one star rating it gets deleted by the restaurant restaurant waiter spilled food all over myself in another table and instead of cleaning it up or giving us a rag or even apologizing would’ve been nice the waiter and two other waiters started laughing at us and they thought it was funny the man at the other table got up and was ready to fight with him he was so upset nobody brought a manager out there nobody apologized to us this was my first time in the restaurant and I got to say the food wasn’t bad it was nothing special but it wasn’t bad but I won’t go back again that was the worst experience I’ve ever had in the restaurant it was embarrassing and never have I been called a liar called manager and he just called me a flat out liar in front of my family. Funny thing is I wasn’t asking for anything I just thought a little courtesy would’ve been nice and Alyssa manager to come over and apologize haircut even took a dessert for free but no...

My husband and I are traveling the country right now so we stopped in the area to park for the night. We were starving and decided to walk over to Casa Amigos since it was next door to our campground. Best decision we could have made! This restaraunt is a must try. The service was unbeatable. They were prompt and so friendly. The food was incredibly tasty and the portions were extremy generous for the price. They serve you fresh chips with salsa that is to die for to start and I couldn't stop eating it. I ordered the chimichanga and two carnitas mexican style tacos. I was just barely able to finish the chimichanga, but it was too good not too. I took the tacos home for dinner and these are some of the best I've ever had. Thank you so much for such a great meal and impeccable service! We will definitely be back again.

Wow, I gotta say, this town is pretty cool! And let me tell you, this restaurant? It's the bomb! Seriously, it's so cozy, it's like you're chillin' in someone's living room, you know? And let me tell you, Janie? She's a rockstar! Her recommendations were out of this world, I'm tellin' ya! I mean, listen up, folks. I've never had veggies this delicious before, and I'm usually not a veggie person, you feel me? But this place, they know how to cook 'em up right. And the steak? Oh man, it was mind-blowing. The sauces, the cooking technique, everything was just mesmerizing, I tell ya. I gotta give this place a 10/10, no doubt about it!

I have a certain rule when it comes to places like these and certain Chinese restaurants. When the outside don't matter food is the focus and that held up here. Chips and salsa were good. Fajitas were fire. Pipping hot and sizzling with a good amount of chicken and peppers. Very well seasoned. I got what my lovey gf calls the Mexican stir fry lol. It's chicken, veggies and rice with a slather of that white gold cheese sauce. If you're driving by or at the hotels across the street come on down. Service was solid and moderately fast. Overall 8.5 outta 10. Next time we're down here we're stopping by again.
