Stopped in as I was traveling through and I can honestly say I am impressed. I thought their service was friendly, polite and quick. The restaurant is bright and colorful, it feels festive without trying too hard. My order was great. The Mexican tacos were tasty. The asada was tender, but could have used a little stronger flavor. It was good, and that's my harshest critique. The carnitas were perfect. Such a bold taste, tender and precisely what pork carnitas should be. Presentation was great, and I have a preference to having cilantro and onions in a dish to add myself, no complaints because they hit good harmony in how they did it. The salsa Verde was nice a little bite and one that fits American taste. I bet they have one in reserve for those brave. Main course was the bean burrito. The plating was wonderful everything was absolutely the way I would prefer a burrito to be served. The case of Blanco was really good and if the refried brains are not homemade then they've got a good Secret because they tasted the part of good homemade refried beans. It's not easy to tell a difference but there is a difference between stuff that is made in house and the stuff that you would just get out of a can. The rice was incredibly flavorful and a bit understated but that didn't hurt it in the least bit sometimes Mexican rice when it comes with out some sort of vegetables mixed into it doesn't necessarily carry the flavor that it could but that rice didn't need much of any extra help. The salsa and chips were really good too. I would totally recommend this restaurant to anybody I think it absolutely knocks what it does out of...
Read moreWent in to grab some lunch. The place is very clean and well kept to be an older building. We were greeted quickly and sat down quickly. The lady who brought our salsa was talking on her cell phone the whole time she was bringing our salsa and chips. The young man who waited on was was very friendly and polite. We ordered and seemed like we didn't have to wait long at all before our food came. I ordered a T-bone steak and shrimp and my wife ordered chicken nachos. The food looked great when it came out and smelled very appealing. The whole time we ate all we had for background noise was the woman talking on her cellphone at one of the booths. Keep in mind she was an employee speaking in Spanish extremely loud on the cell phone. The shrimp I had was amazing, the steak wasn't of quality and was extremely salty. Overall it wasn't a very pleasant experience. Service was quick, the waiter was nice and easy to deal with but everything else seemed subpar. I honestly probably wouldn't go again and would rather stick with the existing Mexican places in town. It's a shame though, I was hoping the two we already had could have used some...

Funny thing is I wasn’t asking for anything I just thought a little courtesy would’ve been nice and Alyssa manager to come over and apologize haircut even took a dessert for free but no...
