KFC — Restaurant in Berea

3rd times a charm, Me and my partner are always on travel we come to KFC for the love of chicken and its also wonderful that they have a electric car charger for us as well. In hopes for a better experience for the 3rd time we stopped in the last 2 months we have nearly been refused service because the new management has flat out told us that , NO chicken breasts are available, NO livers are available only tenders or nuggets and at 8 pm every time we are told that we will have to wait 30_45 minutes for breasts, 20 minutes for more than a small liver all the while we stand and watch all employees gaggle and Josh about thier lives and television programs. This time we just became plain fed up. So our car already on charge( wich is only lvl 2 and doesn't even give 7 kwz as advertised) BMW Electric we walked across the street. To what seems to be a less than chicken place LEES, BOY WERE WE WRONG we had FRESH, GOOD, HOT chicken LIVERS and VERY attentive service, Met with a team of smiling faces , It was even one of the employees birthdays at Lee's and she busted her hind to serve us while everyone there dillagntantly cleaned Lee's facility oh and fresh clean flowers on all the tables to welcome spring it was nice . Not to mention 9$ cheaper than KFC so thanks for refusal to sell us a 40$ order because you didn't feel like doing the work KFC . I would 1 star this review but I like KFC chicken, also the electronic lvl 2 car charger was nice so I cant. But this facility 100% needs better management. So Hopefully when we come back by the Manager of KFC won't be judgmental and will FEEL like providing service...

KFC is a place for families wanting to have family dinner, it's for couples who are out on a date, it's for single people who just had that craving, it's for Church groups that just got out of church, it's for co-workers meeting up outside of work. KFC is for EVERYONE. That's why they have so many meals that involve a lot of pieces, so that many people can share it.

The employees were very courteous, restaurant was kept very clean and the food was maid to perfection. I ate the three-piece chicken tender meal with honey mustard sauce, mashed potatoes and biscuits. It was delicious. I go here all the time specifically for this meal. Sometimes I eat a chicken pot pie which is also so yummy and the pot pies there are huge, so it's definitely enough to fill up your belly. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! THE STORE IS SET TO CLOSE AT 10:00 P.M., THEY ARE ALREADY OUT OF CHICKEN AT 7:18 P.M. THEY WERE BREAKING DOWN THE KITCHEN AND CLEANING EVERYTHING LIKE THEY WERE GETTING READY TO GO HOME WE ORDERED A 12 PIECE CHICKEN CHICKEN DINNER AND THE LADY DIDN'T TELL US THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT UNTIL AFTER WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IT AND WE HAD TO SETTLE FOR WHAT WE DIDN'T WANT BECAUSE THAT'S ALL THEY HAD. THEY DID NOT OFFER TO MAKE MORE. SOMEONE CAME IN BEHIND US AND REBECCA, THE CASHIER, TRIED TO SELL THEM ,AND DID SELL THEM,AN EIGHT PIECE CHICKEN WHEN THEY WANTED SIX PIECES OF CHICKEN BREASTS AND SHE KNEW THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE THIGHS BUT TOLD THEM THEY WERE GETTING THIGHS, THE PEOPLE THAT SHE SOLD THE EXTRA CHICKEN TO,THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE, DID NOT SPEAK VERY CLEAR ENGLISH.
