I just left here for the second time today because the order I received was ice cold. I called back to the store and spoke to management and was told it wouldn’t be a problem remaking the order. Upon returning management should’ve greeted me with an apology, instead this remake was handled by the cashier. I comeback 8 miles away for the remake and I get pure attitude! After returning the old cold food I was given a remake in less than a minute. I specifically requested a fresh made order. I give the second order back and was told to wait 10 mins. I was given back the same order that had been microwaved. I don’t understand what’s so hard about making a fresh order. I paid my money and I want the quality of the food to be what the company represents. Don’t get an attitude with me because I’m telling you it’s still not a fresh cooked, fresh made order! So instead of continuing the back and forth I just left and disputed the charge with my credit card company in which I have been refunded. Always follow your instincts. Read moreI’ve visited this Zaxby’s several times through the years I’ve lived in the area. Typically, the orders are correct, but occasionally the orders are missing silly items. I’ve ordered 3 separate times and have missed just 1 tender from my order 3 different times now. If it’s not a random tender, it’s the sauce I pay extra for. Finished all of my fries today and go to start eating the tenders and I realized 1 is missing, and no I didn’t already eat it 🙃 guess that pathetic scrap was the 3rd? This happens waaaay too much at this location. I typically avoid coming here for this reason but it was convenient to go today so I went and am left with more disappointment from this location. Not sure what it is, if the kitchen thinks it’s silly, goofy to miss a single tender. But the fact that I paid for it and don’t get it kills me. If I wanted the zax snack, I would’ve gotten it. Read moreThey are absolutely the worst Zaxbys I've ever been to. They have the worst service They do not know how to treat their customers. I can't believe the experience I had there today. I went here on my lunch break (distant 18min drive) they messed up my order(too busy chatting away on the job of course) and I explained I wouldn't be able to make it back in the same day. He said he would reprint my receipt and post it up in the office with my name on it so he could replace my order. Today he made me drive up there for no reason, arguing with me in front of Zaxbys outside. TO ADD ON.... The Franchise Lady (Most likely the witty wife of the actual franchise owner) tried to argue right along with the manager stating she'll take his side no matter what like she is screwing him(she wasn't there when the mistake happened!).
