Franchisees or operating partners were sitting at a large table immediately to our left. They looked at my wife and me but did not say a word.

The young male cashier greeted us and was very kind. We ordered 8 Spicy Original wing pieces which cost $17.00. These were not whole wings. These were the drum section or the flat section of the wing. These very expensive ‘pieces’ were tough and flavorless. I went back to the cashier and requested salt and pepper. He turned around to the back counter to retrieve a one-ounce soufflé cup and poured a mixture of salt and pepper into it. I could not get either salt or pepper because they were mixed.

I noticed a sauce bottle on the back counter and inquired about it. The cashier told me it was their secret sauce. Because the wings were so bland I said, “May I have some of that?” He replied, “Unfortunately it cost two dollars.” I paid the two dollars and he brought a two or 3-ounce soufflé cup of the secret sauce to our table. The sauce had a good flavor, but it was not worth two dollars.

I also purchased eight honey-garlic wings, an order of onion rings, a can of Coke, and a can of Sprite. When I placed my credit card on the reader, it asked if I wanted to give 18%, 20%, or 22%. I chose the 18% which amounts to $8.50. Now this is not a fine dining or casual restaurant. It is a fast food restaurant that asked for a tip.

For the equivalent of eight wings, not including the $2.12 sauce, including one order of onion rings, and two cans of soda cost $56.29. A BIG RIPOFF!

It is not worth it. You can get twice the wings a lot quicker (it took 18 minutes to get our order) with a better flavor for half the price at WingStop. We were totally disappointed.

I went to the men’s restroom to wash my hands as they do not provide wet wipes, and the paper napkins were thin and easily broke apart when I wiped my hands. I was disappointed again with the lack of cleanliness in the men’s restroom. The area around the toilet was covered in ‘splatter’, which I assumed was urine. The floor was filthy!

As we left the location the managers were still sitting at the table and did not utter a word! No ‘thank you’ or ‘hurry back.’

The poor quality, expensive prices, filthy restroom, and lack of courtesy make this location and this concept a “no go”!

As a side note, we can buy a Chop Steak smothered with sauteed onions, sauteed mushrooms, and jack cheese; served with your choice of two sides at TEXAS ROADHOUSE GRILL...

Let me first start off by saying if I could give this place a 10+ star I would. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with a smile and one of the most courteous and professional staff I’ve seen outside of Chick-fil-A. I wish there were more of these restaurants and even asked if you had one opening up near Woodstock Georgia. She was very helpful and her recommendations Not only for myself but for my child and wife. She mentioned that it might take a little longer than most restaurants and I replied, waiting for good food is always worth it. To be quite honest, it did not take long for the food to show up. Excellent Customer Service and Extremely clean. Their chicken is the most chicken I've ever tasted. The lady who helped us went above and beyond to help us and explain about portions, flavors and best sellers. We over ordered anyway but now im excited for leftovers at home. The honey garlic is their best seller and I definitely see why. It has a perfect balance of honey and not too sweet and the garlic comes later. I highly recommend the secret sauce. The chicken was cooked to perfection. If you like hushpuppy breading, you will like their onion rings.
