Until today I usually don't have an issue with the Berkley location on Natural Bridge. Today was absolutely horrible. I placed two separate orders because when I went to check out, it told me that I had to pay online because the order was over the $25 minimum and had to use my card, which I was not going to do. So I placed two. Before I left for my pick up the tracker told me my order was ready, now I live about 5-7 minutes away, but when I got there only a portion of my order was ready. I paid for the 1st order and patiently waited for the other one. I was told it was coming out of the oven right now. I waited around another 15 minutes or so and still no order. I was then asked what did I order I told her I was waiting on my Philly cheese steak pizza and an order of wings. I was then told oh we tried calling but we're all out of the philly cheese steak and was asked if I wanted to order something else in it's place. I said no thanks I just need my wings. I stood there another 15 minutes waiting when I was originally told my order was coming out. The lady apologized several times, however no one wants to sit around waiting on an order that should have been ready and waiting when I arrived. Needless to say there were several other orders that were screwed up as well. People who placed orders online having to wait for orders that were missing. Idk if there was a manager there or not but one customer asked where did the manager go and a guy replied I think he had to run to another store. He said he was there waiting on his order, then got a call on his cell from home saying the dominos driver was there to deliver his order. He asked why is my pizza being delivered when I specifically placed it for pick up. Nobody knew anything. It was totally chaotic. If you're going to run a week long special on your pizza 50% off regular price pizza's make sure to have more than enough ingredients to fill the orders, and ensure that people are getting exacly what they ordered. After a total of 20 minutes I finally got my order of wings which she was nice to give to me along with a free 2 liter of soda. I was grateful, but I was totally disappointed in today's experience and it will be a long, long time before I visit this location...
Read moreI will never order from the BERKLEY location again! The employees and even the managers are rude! This is the 2nd time I’ve had a problem with this location and it’s employees. The 1st time about a year ago I ordered food and they forgot my Caesar Salad. They told me the driver would bring it right back out but no one ever showed up. After many attempts to get them to correct their mistake they started treating me like I was just trying to get over on them for a $5.99 salad. I had to call corporate just to get the situation rectified... present day, I placed an order last night at 10:51 p.m...it never came. Called them today about the order and got hung up on by the so called manager. I wasn’t rude to the lady or anything I was just letting her know how inconvenienced I was for me to order food and never get it. When I placed the order the lady called me and told me it’ll be about 2 hours for delivery. I told her I’d come pick it up and they said I couldn’t, so I agreed to wait the 2 hours for delivery. The food never came. I found out this afternoon when I called that the order was canceled last night. However, they never thought enough of me (a paying customer) to give a courtesy call to say that they had to cancel the order because they only had 1driver. Then when I called today to tell them about it the manager was very rude. When I asked her name she hung up on me! The disrespect that the employees and the managers display to customers in this location is unacceptable. I will be calling corporate again! Read moreThis has got to be the worst Domino's Pizza I have ever used. I've lived all over the country and ordered hundreds of times from a wide variety of different Domino's. This one is consistently BAD. The food comes cold a vast majority of the time. This is due to the extremely long delivery times. Like one evening it was 4 hours. FOUR HOURS! That was the exception because the rest of the time it's over an hour. And it's located about 5 minutes driving from my house. Yes, I could go do carryout, but I have a toddler at home and sometimes ordering is just easier so having to wait hours for pizza is insane. Several times I have had missing items. Once I was told they would refund my money, which they never did. Another time, they brought ONE of the TWO items they forgot and then got angry when they realized I expected them to come back with ALL of the items. I literally do not understand what is going on over there. We've just moved to the area and obviously it's the closest one to our house so for Delivery purposes its all we can use. We've ordered at least 6 or 7 times in the past four months or so, and not a single time was the delivery time under an hour (And this is after it's been quality checked and made and says "out for delivery"). We order from Imo's mostly now. They have a long delivery time but at least the food arrives correct, no missing...
