A friend of mine told me he knows the owner. Then I get a follow from them on IG. So today is the day I stop by to give them a shot. I order the rib tip sandwich which comes with fries and NO substitutions and a dinner of the smoked wings with a side of potato salad because if they mess this up I KNOW won’t return. The rib tips exceeded my expectations every bite was tender and the sauce was tasty and tangy. The potato salad was cool, nothing grand but compliments the rib tips well. My order of smoked wings came smothered in sauce that I should’ve ordered on the side. Though the wings were tender I felt they were over cooked or over marinated because they were almost mushy. Probably won’t order those again but definitely worth another try when I’m in the mood for a bbq plate being they are literally around the corner from my house. Great and welcomed addition to the neighborhood.

The establishment is clean and the service was professional and prompt. Looking forward to trying the soul food sides.

UPDATE: 4/26/25 I went back and tried the turkey tips which are smoked turkey tails and let me tell you…they are fire. I was also able to try the mac and cheese, candied yams, green beans and the baked beans…all excellent. I’m not even a mac and cheese person but honey I will always order it when I come! Ok STL Best Barbeque and Smokehouse…yall have a repeat customer AND a...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No Pictures, Just Proof!

I came to St. Louis Best Barbeque hungry and left impressed. I ordered the Burnt Ends Dinner and Smoked Oxtails with green beans and potato salad and let me just say, by the time I even thought about taking a picture, the food was already gone. All I’ve got is a photo of the aftermath, and honestly, that speaks for itself.

The burnt ends were perfectly smoked and juicy, and the oxtails? Fall-off-the-bone tender with deep, rich flavor. Both meals were packed with love and seasoning that hit just right. The sides tasted homemade, and the portion sizes were more than generous.

Service was fast and friendly shoutout to Terra for making the experience smooth. You can tell they take pride in what they do.

If you’re anywhere near Natural Bridge Rd, do yourself a favor and stop here. Real BBQ, real flavor, and worth every penny. I’ll...

Do not waste your money...I have been driving past this new establishment for about a week, I decided to order, hoping to find good Barbeque. I ordered rib tips and pork steak When I got home and saw what I had... rib tips no bigger than 1 1/2 inches and burnt. I wouldn't feed this to my dogs, I did however give the steak to my dogs. I need to start listening to that little voice in my head, "don't go there, go home and eat your chicken salad." I did eat my crackers and chicken salad for dinner... I repeat do not waste your money. I spent $34.02, I could have bought 2 ribs and cooked my own. Go to Salt & Smoke, Pappy's, or Sugar Fire... You have been warned. I have had smoked bbq... you cooked your food way too long, it was burnt and dry... don't try and tell me it was just smoked that's why it looked that way... the food was over...

I had a hunger for food, didn't exactly know what I wanted. Driving down the road I smelt what only could be the most delicious smell possibly during a cool and calm day like this, and that smell, was the small of barbecue. At first glance they weren't busy AT ALL, thi king to myself tbis place may be a hit or miss. But I'm sure as he'll glad I stopped here. This barbecue is absolutely amazing! Tender, fall off the bone juicy good-ness. Im supposed they aren't always packed because the flavor profile and texture of the food speaks for itself! Customer service was on par with the food aswell. I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile! 100% don't sleep on this place! I will be returning to try other food options!
