Let me preface this review by saying I have enjoyed Taco Bell all my life, especially late at night.
That being said, this was the worst Taco Bell experience I've had. We had a car of four people and we all ordered something. My girlfriend ordered a mexican pizza and my friend ordered a quesadilla. After we left we realized that they had forgotten the mexican pizza. No big deal. We turned around and went back through the drive through and told them on the intercom that they had forgotten something. They said fine, we'll fix it at the window. As we are waiting my friend notices his quesadilla is not cut. Also no big deal, we'll just ask them to cut it.
Upon getting to the window, we tell them what was missing and they say sure, we'll make one really quick. My friend then asks if he can have his quesadilla cut. The employee at the window said that after a certain time they do not cut things because they take them to wash them. OK, I'm pretty sure that's not how that works, but whatever, I can eat a quesadilla that isn't cut. It's not the end of the world. I am sure if they call corporate and asked they would say you have to cut the food every time.
My friend then asked, could we get a lemonade since we are at the window. The guy said yes and then left. Then a woman came to the window with the item that was forgotten. She basically threw the food at us and my friend asked again about the lemonade. She grabbed the drink and handed it to him and said (very rudely) "next time you need to call."

Read moreI went to Taco Bell today and had a frustrating experience. There were about 10-12 cars in the drive-thru, so I decided to go inside. To my surprise, there was no one in line inside. The lady who seemed to be the manager greeted me with a less-than-pleasant attitude and asked what I needed. I explained that I had an online order, and she responded that they would get it out as fast as they could.
Unfortunately, I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my online order. I thought the whole point of online ordering was to get priority and save time, especially at a fast food place! On top of this we were missing our drinks and everyone kept ignoring me. They throw the food at the counter like is trash. This is clearly not the level of service I expected.
Taco Bell, please consider hiring more staff and focus on improving customer service. It’s not just about speed; it’s about making sure customers feel valued too. I won’t be coming back unless...
Read moreThere was nobody in line when I arrived which was great. I ordered a double meat cheesy burrito and a chili cheese burrito, and asked for extra hot sauce. Before driving away I opened the bag to make sure I had two items and the hot sauce and I asked for fire sauce also. The girl that was working made a remark to me saying how she's going to be there all night restocking after I ask for the fire sauce. Once I reached my destination opened the double meat burrito I had no idea what it was I was eating! It had a ton of rice some cheese and that was all. The chili cheese burrito was also horrible which I've never had a problem with before but whatever was inside of this burrito had a burnt taste.
