Waffle House — Restaurant in Berkshire Township

SERVICE: ... No STARS AT ALL!!! My disabled friend & I got up early Friday morning. She came to my house to pick me up since I don't drive much these days. It's about an hour trip one way & we needed to catch up on each others lives. Our server was Adriana I believe. She was an attractive woman & although she had a strong foreign accent, she spoke English well. Our food was good & our service was good too ... UNTILL ... she came to our table & asked us "nicely" to leave as she only had "one table". I was shocked!!!! No people were lined up waiting for a seat or anything & I still had juice in my glass and coffee to finish. Who does that??? She threw shade on our breakfast & spoiled everything! I was in shock! I NEVER skip leaving a tip but I sure did today! Adriana also lied to us because I noticed her waiting on the table directly behind my friend, maybe other tables too. 🤷‍♀️ What a shame!! I would have tipped her $8 for her level of service. I hope she learned a lesson this morning because you just don't do that to people! How rude!! I've been going to Waffle House for years & this particular location quite often when I get the opportunity. I'll think twice before I return. I mentioned it to the cashier & she wasn't bothered much by my comment either. What's the matter with people these days? To top it off, 2 weeks later and no comment on my post or comments from WH. Service was great even though the new guy was not sure what hot tea meant at first. He poured out unsweetened brewing tea into a drinking glass and brought it over. He truly did not know what a tea bag was. He asked cookie what it was. He was embarrassed but rushed every step of the way to get it back over to me and he apologized immediately. That is an A for effort in my book. The food was great for a late night breakfast after a great evening of fishing! The crowd was a great mixture of people and even a cheerleading crew of kid.ts and adults had the employees hustling about to get all the food out! The staff even handled an obviously inebriated lady who was quiet vociferous and made a ruckus with other patrens who spoke up and told her stop and leave. I love this waffle House I have never had to complain about anything which is very rare in restaurants if you go to restaurants as much as I do I love the prices the friendly atmosphere and the food is delicious no matter who the waiter or waitress is it's always the food is always served for friendly kindness is that down home feel if you have never ate at waffle House you don't know what you're missing I have multiple varieties of food that you can order whether you're going to move for breakfast or just something small for like lunch or even dinner they have it all all I have to say is all good things about waffle House no matter which one you go to I've never ever been disappointed and I think one of my favorite things is the way that they greet you when you come in here but anyway if I could give them a 20 I would but since it's only one out of 10 I definitely...
