Lucky State — Restaurant in Berlin

I did not make the buffet but got dinner and lunch take away. Fantastic chinese. Rice is very good and soo is the seasame chicken and sweet and sour. Great pricing compared to alot things nearby in yuppie Berlin central. This is a great little out of the way chinese resteraunt. 10/10 will be coming back when i want a lot of pretty good chinese :D Women at the register was very kind and polite taking my order and then preparing it. And very kind and polite asking if i wanted any extra forks, sauces, and packets.~ :3

Its is small with space big enough for 3 tables of 4 people at each. It was not busy when i went around 3 O clock so you could dine in but if your looking for Great food and food quantity of it for a good price. This is it :D Recommend for take out the Twin...

After so many good reviews about this place, I decided to try it. I was happy and keeping my hopes up that I would finally find a good Chinese take out. Well, it didn't happen!

The food is somewhat good but definitely, far from what I consider great.

The beef is just nerves and chew, simply terrible. The chicken fried rice is "eatable" if you are REALLY hungry.

I DO miss the Chinese take out in Gainesville GA, called Fugi Hibachi 229 E E Butler Pkwy #500, Gainesville, GA 30501 and Colonial Heights VA. They are the best. Maryland and Delaware are simply the worst places for Chinese food...

I got steamed dumplings and the house fried rice, both tasted as expected, but I knocked a star off because all of the meat in the house fried rice was in the top half of the container. When I got about halfway down it was just rice... very disappointing when you've been craving it all day, and half way through you are let down... Anyways, now I know not to eat out of the container and mix it up before...
