When I fly out to the east cost one of the first places that I visit is DD. I love their coffee, donuts, and sandwiches. This time we decided to stop by place that we have never visited before.
First impression, the attendant did not seem to be there or was not having a good day. So I ordered a small black coffee and a glazed donut. Then my wife ordered a croissant sandwich, and a pineapple/mango smoothie. By this time the attendant is rolling her eyes back and forth as if our presence bothered her.
We partially got our order (the sandwich was missing) so I waited at the counter for my wife sandwich. Meanwhile the attendant is sweeping the floor. So I called her and asked her "my sandwich?". So she looks up to the monitor and say that the sandwich hasn't been delivered. So throws a croissant in the over (HELLOOOOO!) get's the thing out and slaps an egg on it, then hands it over. When I got to the car my wife unwraps the burnt thing. We could not believe how bad the sandwich looked. I was not happy so I took the sandwich back and left it on the counter and walked away. I could have said a few words but I was too upset.

Please be advised, I went to the store a few days ago and had accidentally left a really nice pair of gloves their when I was getting my coffee. I called back the next afternoon and asked if the person working their had seen a pair of missing gloves floating around. And apparently he was too buys to take a small break from making coffee to look for my gloves. He said "call back in the morning" and hung up. So in conclusion if you loose something at this Dunkin' Donuts it will be lost forever in an endless void from which it can never return thanks to the helpful man that works at the front desk. I did a huge order for an event going on at Solomon Pond Mall. Whoever I spoke with on the phone was extraordinary! I believe his name is Frankie. So Frankie, thank you so much for all of your help! He was kind enough to take my order, and when I called back to 86 2 Box of Joes, he re read my order and wrote it down for the employees to get it ready for Sunday morning.
