I went to grab a coffee and a wake up wrap with bacon. When I walked in the employee at the register was nice and quick with the service once I had gotten my food and went into my car I could smell burnt bacon and when I opened my wrap the tortilla was burnt the cheese and all pieces of bacon it was ridiculous how burnt it was I went immediately back to the store and when an employee recognized me they had asked if something was wrong with my food I said yes and explained to her that everything my wrap including the tortilla is burnt, I also said I was dumbfounded as to how they thought it was acceptable to sever to a customer she said nothing handed me my money and said nothing. I just find it more appropriate in a restaurant setting for a manager to take accountability, not be annoyed with a customer when they spent their hard earned money I wasn’t expecting anything fancy or top par I just wanted my food not burnt which I think is asking for the minimum. She does not welcome you with a "Good morning", instead starts by asking "What can I get for you" in the most miserable of ways. Since my goal is to share positive energy, I instead greeted her with a friendly "Good morning" and thanked her every time she would pass me part of my order but still received NO response. Instead, I got a sense that she just wanted me out of her way. Dunkin', please do something about this. My desire isn't to have her fired since I understand the importance of having a job. At the very minimum, speak to her about the various complaints that have been shared about her here on your reviews page or change her job description to something that does not have to do with customer service. Read moreI ordered a mobile order. The worker was rude over the speaker since I guess I showed up too quickly for her liking. I then proceed to the window where I am handed a hot latte (I ordered iced) and the window was immediately shut. I tried to say excuse me a couple times and she just said the sandwich is coming. I said ok but I am just trying to let you know I ordered an iced latte. She just looked at me and rolled her eyes, took the latte back and said nothing. She gave me the sandwich which was also not the way I ordered It. I purposely order on the mobile app so that I know the information is entered correctly. She wanted the sandwich back to fix It, which I don't think is the proper way to handle that especially during a pandemic.
