I actually love this place. Would totally give it 5 stars if it were not for the fact that pretty frequently, the flour tortillas smell like fragrance chemicals (this hasn't always been the case, but has been like this for several months now). The corn tortillas for whatever reason never do, and are delicious. If they changed their laundry detergent or whatever it is that imparts the smell of Tide or whatever it is to the food, I'd gladly give this place 5 stars, but being someone who doesn't use and therefore dislikes strong chemical fragrances, can only offer...

Loved Ruby’s. The food was great and very reasonable. We stopped for lunch while on a road trip and wanted authentic New Mexico food. This place was exactly what we wanted!
