I wanted to try a different place and decided based on the reviews that this place would be good . However I Took my 6 month yorkie in today for her first haircut .I was very clear on the cut I wanted for her ( even showing pics) The groomer decided to cut her how he/she wanted to instead. They cut her one length all the way around. I specified I wanted her hair long only taking 1" off ( they cut all 3") with a teddy BEAR face . ABSOLUTELY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS PLACE . WILL NOT GO BACK !! I HAVE TWO YORKIES , TAKING MY OLDEST TO PETSMART. PETSMART DOES A BETTER JOB ! SUPER PISSED!!!!!! ZERO STARS !!!!!!

The pic my wife showed you was of my in-laws yorkie with the same style of hair cut and not A I generated. We simply asked you if you can cut the dogs hair just like the one in the pic , you stated yes but instead shaved her all the way down including her face. Maybe next time just say you are inexperienced with the yourki cut .I never said I was satisfied nor happy with the cut. I needed time to cool down because of the horrible job you did. The new owner is terrible. Supposedly called and confirmed our appointment (that we waited three months for) but turns out they left a VM on my line that says to text because I don’t check it. We drive 40 minutes to get there so we called at opening to confirm ourselves and said we’d be there at 10. That was confirmed. The new owner cancelled on us at 10:04 as we were getting there. We explained we drive 40 minutes and we’re pulling up. He didn’t care. Told him he was going to lose a customer and we drive over an hour between both ways, he said fine. This place has gone way down hill since the old owners left. I’ll never go back. Hope this post saves someone else the trouble. Per his response, my lady was in there at 10:05 and I tried to post the photo of her call to me letting me know he didn't care. Again, don't say 10 is ok knowing we have to drive that far (which we stated and were told that time was fine). Awful service. I would not recommend the grooming salon. I took in my dog (10lbs)for a nail trim and grind. I normally take him to Petsmart on a monthly basis for grooming. Never any behavior problems. I thought I would try a local business for a nail trim.. The staff checked me in quickly and I stepped outside to wait due to COVID. I reentered the store about 5 mins later and heard my dog cry out. I asked the cashier why he was crying. She took my money and said she would check. I told her I would stand in the front so he could see me. What I did not expect to see is a groomer spinning my 10 lb left to right as she was working on his nails. It was like he was an inanimate object. The cashier did try to calm him as he cried out a second time. When the groomer brought him to me, I asked her why he was crying. She told me his tail hair had got caught up in the grinder and that he had went pee and secreted from his anal gland. I will never take any animal to...
