Management Ranvir and vicky uses the staffs phones to give themselves good google reviews , they leave espresso sitting out for over 20 minutes and said they didn’t care because the customers can’t see it, and ALL they care about is drive thru times. They will do anything they can to cover up what anyone says about them as I’m sure will be done with this comment but the way they run the business and most importantly treat their employees is disgusting. It is very clean though, and the other staff is amazing. It’s unfortunate because I really loved my job. But I’m not going to take being degraded and literally PUSHED out of the way and then yelled at for spilling the coffee I was holding when it happened for “wasting cups.” The employees go above and beyond to meet their expectations and not once did I or anyone else get told we were doing a good job. All the staff members except Ranvir was not allowed to make a box of joe for a customer two days ago because she said me and the other employee would “mess it up.” Idk how you can mess up pouring coffee into a box but the customer had to wait about 30 minutes for their box of joe because drive thru had a line and also no one else is allowed to take drive thru orders or train there so that their times won’t be ruined. Read moreI had a terrible experience at this local Dunkin Donuts( Dewey Meadow, Basking Ridge). I went there with my 2 children to buy snacks and hot beverages to warm us up after evening of snow sledding. I am not one to write bad review but I had to sit down and write this one. I proceeded to the counter to place an order with the cashier named Raj. Raj insisted that I do my order in the kiosk. I told him that I had cash money. Raj, who seemed annoyed told me that he would only take cash if go to the drive through window. I asked him what the difference was. He rudely told me that it was the company policy to go to drive through if you wanted to use cash to purchase a meal. This sounded absolutely ridiculous and nonsenstical made-up policy. We politely walked out and they will never see me again at that Dunkin Donuts. Terrible and poor customer service at this Dunkin...
Read moreGot a email from their "area manager" and sad to say I never got the "complimentary gift" that was said on the email. I was back around the area since I visited mg sister and still I got the WORST SERVICE. The manager that I was complaining about was still there and treated me & my husband the same way. We ordered our drinks and the same manager expected us to grab the drinks on the counter where he putted it. Also not a "please come back again." So I don't get it why still the problem has not been resolved. Same manager. Poor costumer service. And sad to say I wasted another $10 for a worst service. I do work in the same company here in North Carolina but never I did gave a poor costumer like this. Not even my husband. So does this mean people down here in NC are nicer than people up there in NJ? Seriously??? Calling...
