Jelly Jam Restaurant — Restaurant in Berwyn

We got seated there by very nice hostess but our waitress was horrible. Seating in the booth was to high ..brought my baby here and but felt uncomfortable becouse he was a lil outta of our reach wit the high seating .when i try to order an extra full order of french toast the waitress on her own decided to turn my reg toast that comes with my omelet into french toast not giving me my complete order..basically taking it on her own to order for me..money was not a concern..the blue-greenish hair waitress made it seem like she was doing me a huge favor not completing my order..the blue greenish haird lady was at the counter bar talking to an old man the whole time not ever coming back to check on us and fill our cups wit coffee or soda.. wonderful sweet waitresses were near by tending there staitions one came threw when they seen how the greenish haird lady was neglecting us ...i almost thought it was a joke and the hidden camera people were tryn to test my patients but the other girl came to the rescue and saved the day to attend us with respect..it was sad cause i was tryn to have a peacful ,humble lunch with my b m and 1 yr old baby after a long docter visit poor baby got 3 shots at the doctor and then came to meet the horrible rude blue-greenish haird waitress...was glad for the hostess and the other nice girl but WILL REFUSE TO COME BACK TO PAY SOME WHERE AND DEAL THAT B S ....

If there was a way to give no stars I would. My group consisted of two adults and 2 kids. We were sat down at a booth table the had only two place sets. We ordered coffee and throughout the whole hour long visit we never received refills. We ordered our food and it came out quickly enough but we still had to ask for extra utensils and napkins for the kids. One of our dishes had slimy rotten tomatoes mixed in to the food so it was inedible. Had to hunt down a waitress to address the issue and she said she had to get the manager. After explaining what was wrong with the dish I said I would just pay for the price of it as long as I just received some pancakes for it. She agreed and she walked off. Tried to wave down one of the waitresses again for refills on our sodas and eventually had to get up to look for one to get the refills. After 30 minutes passing by we realized that our pancakes never made it to us and when we asked the managers she had said we didn’t want anything else even though we specifically said we asked for a replacement meal. (Pancakes) She then said they could make our pancakes if we would wait but at this point I was done with the rude service. I paid and still tipped and left. My kids love this place but this is the last time we will be...

The Manager there was very rude. I asked for jelly this man said the menu has changed like I knew they didn’t offer it until you order toast would you still offer it as customer service even as a option to because that is the name of your establishment jelly jam. He come to my table and words that came out his mouth was he gotta go take care of his other customers but he had none and just a few in there including me now I see w He’s lazy and gepaid to run your customers away. You think you slow now keep him on board you guys are gonna be out of business mark my words 2022-2023 it when get slower. Sir I’m the customer that help your establishment stay open by supporting your business and you mistreated me & my family by being rude. We didn’t ask for nothing free and still tipped your waitress for her service because she understood her assignment treat people how you like to be treated. I can’t see how he got that position as the manager other then dedication of being there along time because he has no management skills and Now you are bad for their business. I will never support this business again. Un top of that the food is nasty & blend they just selling anything to make a...
