La Michoacana Prime — Restaurant in Berwyn

During a day out in town with my brother, nephew, and mom, we decided to treat ourselves to some ice cream and chose La Michoacana Prime as our destination. As we parked our car and stepped inside, the first thing that struck us was the intense chill in the air. Even with our coats on, the cold inside the store left us shivering.

We approached the counter to order our ice cream, and the service experience was a bit of a mixed bag. One employee stood out for their friendliness, providing a warm touch to our chilly surroundings. However, another staff member seemed less welcoming, displaying an attitude that could be perceived as rude to customers. This inconsistency in customer service left us with varying impressions.

When this place opened it was amazing and the food was great. But I just went yesterday and it will be the last time I order any food from there. I ordered a cheeseburger and a torta both were bathed in oil and apparently smashed from the way they looked. Wish i had taken pictures. McDonalds has better food quality to say the least. They left my ice cream out while they went and prepared the hot food, so i asked one of the employees if they could put it in the freezer because i didn’t want melted ice cream and she made a face. This will be my last option for ice cream if im desperate enough and it will only be for ice cream because the ice cream is pretty good. Mind you i paid $60 for soggy food. I can get a better meal at Chillis for that Price. I also got the most watery corn in a cup, might have corn soup...

The girls are always rude. They are usually empty and when you come in they act like they dont see you. I came in an hour before they closed and told me i couldnt get a sincronizada because everything was already turned off and i asked what time they closed and she said 11. Also when i would ask a question they just kept cleaning without even turning around. How rude can you be. Im sure if the owner knew he was paying them to provide this type of service he wouldn't be too happy. Maybe consider another michoacana on Cermak also this one is not lile the original ones this one is called la michoacana los primos. Explains why they are...
