I recently had the pleasure of working with Old Fashioned Candies for my sister's bridal shower, and I have to say that I'm beyond impressed with the quality of their cake pops! The attention to detail that they put into each one was truly outstanding, and the final result was not only beautiful but also incredibly delicious!

What really stood out to me was the level of care that the candy store took to ensure that I was happy with the final product. They worked closely with me to make sure that every single cake pop was exactly as I wanted it, and even packaged each one with a matching ribbon for a beautiful presentation.

The staff at the candy store were also a joy to work with - they were friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do.

This is an INCREDIBLE place! First the staff is one of the friendliest places I have ever been. Every person there greets everyone with a smile and a willingness to help. They are extremely patient and very generous. The chocolate is all house made and is DELICIOUS! The other side of the store has the old fashioned candy. Some stuff I have not seen in years! There is something for everyone and sure to be a local favorite, it's definitely mine.

I also want to mention that I had the pleasure with speaking with one of the owners and they managed and run their store like it was built just for you. Almost to the point where I wanted to quit my job and work for them. That's the kind of place this is.

I can't believe I've lived here for so long and never been to old fashioned candies. I bought a ton of fun stocking stuffers here (chocolate covered twinkies, chocolate covered butter butters, and gorgeous Christmas gummies, to name a few). Everyone was so nice and welcoming, and the chocolate - wow! I would normally get little candies at a big box stores, but was looking to support local business during covid - I think it's safe to say there's no going back to mass produced candies now. They're being very covid conscious - everyone is masked up and someone will come out to help you scoop bulk candies to keep...
